Beautiful house fitted out to a very high standard. More spacious than the photos make it look! We nearly didn't book, thinking it was a small dining table and would not seat five of us, but it is a table for six!! Kitchen has everything you could possibly need or want! Comfy beds. Comfy sofa. Nice garden with garden furniture.Well stocked with toilet rolls, hand wash, washing up liquid etc. also spices and sauces, lots of games, books and DVD's.It is only six minutes walk to the coast but be prepared for a steep walk down the zigzag to actually get on to the beach!!! I didn't realise Southbourne is on a cliff!!Host responded promptly to queries and when we had a problem on arrival, acted swiftly to resolve. Nice quiet residential area.Pub six minutes walk away does cheap but good pub grub. Lots of other eating places in the local area plus food shops.All in all a lovely place to stay.

this is not a rental, it is a home and obviously well loved. Exactly as described, communication with the host was excellent and I wish every rental gave as complete instructions as this one. Everything was extremely clean and the lovely location is less than a 10 minute (with small children) walk to the beach. We can highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future.
