The living space features a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, featuring a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Additionally, there is a dining table for enjoying your meals comfortably.

For added convenience, the property has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

It is a beautiful neighborhood in Vila Nova de Gaia, near Arrábida Shopping. A giant mall with various shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. From here, you can visit the stunning Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar. The views from outside the monastery will take your breath away. Next door to the sanctuary is the palm-shaded Jardim do Morro. The gardens are a pleasant spot to take a seat and enjoy the views out over the river and Porto, which make this worth a visit, particularly at sunset when the river turns to gold.

If you go down the narrow and picturesque streets of Gaia, you'll reach the riverside, where it's possible to find the famous Port Wine Cellars. It's also a great spot to have dinner, enjoy a glass of port wine, and shop. An alternative to reach the riverside is to take the Teleferico de Gaia (Gaia's Cable Car).

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Alex. Herculano is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
