Affordable luxury apartment situated by the sea on the beach of Lavadores. Located in a modern building, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto - near the mouth of the River Douro.

This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and is new. Is located on the first line on the beach front of Lavadores, the modern area on the coast of Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideal for holiday or short stay and also a great place to live.

Features a spacious living room and kitchen in open space, with balcony facing the sea, where you can relax, sunbathe and admire the beautiful sunset. The room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 55 inch LCD Smart TV, cable TV with more than 100 channels and free access to wireless Internet of 50 Mb/s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipments and utensils needed.

The 2 rooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep rest and relaxing. One of the rooms is a suite with full bathroom and jacuzzi. The other is a large double bedroom with a bathroom. Both rooms have a balcony facing the sea and you can enjoy the magnificent view from each room.

Basement garage (box) for 2 cars.

The apartment has a generous area of 120 square meters

Fantastic view

Loved our stay at this spacious condo. Excellent location to enjoy both beach and Porto city center. We walked to the city center but it is a short Uber ride away. We had everything we needed and Marcos was an excellent host. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed the location as it offered lots of walking and had a beautiful view. Looks just like pictures. A car is handy to venture into old town. Please note, the fireplace does not work.

Beautiful, quiet location on the beach

Spacious apartment on the beach with restaurants below, grocery nearby and exercise path along the beach. It is away from Porto attractions but we liked it becacuse we could go to town and then return to the quiet neighborhood. Marcos is a wonderful host and responds.

Gorgeous unit with fantastic view and everything you need

This property was well taken care of and has a great view and is right across from the beach and a wonderful walking path. It’s well stocked and has everything you need. There is an excellent restaurant right below and coffee shops all along the walking path right across the street. We enjoyed waking up each morning and walking along the boardwalk miles in each direction.

Comfy place with great views

Comfortable apto with great view of the ocean and a gorgeous sunset. Although it’s s little distant from Porto attractions it’s far enough of all the noise and crowd as well. Marcos the owner was very kind, helpful and quick to answer. Easy to buy groceries nearby and do a walk or jog at the end of a day. We’ll be back.

It was a good location and wonderful apartment. Only issues are water leak from the bidet and the heater does no work in either of the bedrooms. Had to heat the apartment with the living room heater. Aside from that, loves the experience.

Great stay in Vila Nova da Gaia

We had a wonderful stay in the beachside apartment. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped. We were three adults and it was very comfortable for all of us. During our stay of two weeks we had our bed linens and towels exchanged once which was a nice perk. The beds were comfortable. We had a car and the inside parking was handy with close proximity to the elevator. We were about a ten minute drive to the Gaia side of the Douro. Some of the furniture is showing its age and the bathroom sinks/vanities could use a bit of an update. Overall, it was a great stay.

A fantastic time in Porto and Northern Portugal!

My wife and I stayed at this Porto apartment from May 6 to May 13, 2018. We had a fantastic time exploring Porto and Northern Portugal during the day. Returning to this very beautiful and comfortable apartment every evening to watch the sun set on the Atlantic. Marcos was a very gracious host treating us with the utmost respect and leaving nothing to worry about. Our deepest appreciation to Marcos for a wonderful time. It was our first experience with VRBO and it won't be our last!

Beautiful, comfortable aparment with outstanding sea views.

The apartment is very conveniently positioned on the sea front with lovely views of the ocean. There are some lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a two minute walk across the road. Porto is within easy reach by bus and we managed very well using the regular bus service. Taxis are plentiful and good value for money and we were delighted at not having to hire a car. Marcos was incredibly helpful and a man of his word. He is the most easy person to deal with and it would be great if all property managers were as reliable as he! The apartment is well appointed and we found the beds really comfortable. It was great to have the use of deck chairs and a beach umbrella. Thank you Marcos for making our stay so memorable and we very much hope to return.

Die Wohnung liegt toll und ist sehr groß! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und auch viel Platz für die Kleidung. In der Nähe findet man viele Restaurants und Cafés! Mit dem Uber ist man super schnell in die Stadt gefahren. Es war eine schöne Urlaubszeit!

Very nice and spacious. Beautiful views of the sea. Great position on the promenade with easy access to walks and to cafes and restaurants along the sea front. Easy access to a choice of beaches. We had a hired a car so it was easy to pop into Porto centre and Vila Nova.

magnificent Stay

We were met by Marcos, and given a tour of the apartment, the view exactly as the photo, the beds were comfortable and emaculately clean! It is a large apartment with plenty of seating for 4 adults, will definately stay there again when next in Nova de Gaia!

Summary.

Place itself was nice but communication with manager of apartment terrible. Although we order and later even demand invoice with correct value of payment till now we didnt get it. Its almost 1.5 week without any response from him.

Lovely holiday near Porto

This flat was exactly as described and a really lovely place to stay, clean and with a gorgeous view of the sea and the sunsets. Marcos is a good host too. You can easily catch a bus into Porto from the bus stop opposite the Casa Branca restaurant which Marcos recommended and was well worth a visit, delicious fish meals in particular. We would thoroughly recommend this flat for a holiday near Porto.
