Village Center Condos are located right in the Village, along the banks of Gore Creek Located just a short 3 minute walk to Gondola One. As the name implies, located in the center of the village; featuring free WIFI; free covered parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This three bedroom three bath suite features 1300 square feet of living space; one king bed; two full beds; two sets of built in bunks (four twins) full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

We had the best time here. The Condo has a great layout and so much space for our family. And you cannot beat the location and the added bonus of the heated pool! We wanted to stay longer and will be back next year!!

Cannot beat the location unless your paying alot more at one of the hotels in the village. Dissapointed the pool would not open until around 2pm each day but that is literally the only downside to this place.

Girls getaway

What a wonderful escape. 7 of us who have been getting together annually for the last 30 years decided to head west. Perfect location. So nice to not have to drive anywhere. wonderful labor day weekend in Vail

Lee is one of the best for communicating with renters! Loved the updated condo and location. I wasn't wild about the check in and out process and all the codes to get into condo and pool area. Seemed like too many rules and monetary penalties. Maybe the owners have had too many irresponsible guests. Great in the summer to be so close to the wonderful farmers market. We would stay there again.

BEST LOCATION!

We had the BEST time at this condo. The photos don’t do it justice. We had 3 adults and MORE than enough space. This condo was a little more pricey than what we wanted to spend but we booked it due to the location and it was worth the money by far! We walked everywhere. Ice cream, pizza, shopping, ice skating is literally outside the front door. I looked at 30 properties online before booking this one and I am SO happy we went with this one. We will definitely book again in the future! Thank you!

Location Location Location!

This is an excellent property literally in the middle of everything! It has an excellent view of Gore Creek and you can hear the flow of the creek even inside the condo which was wonderful. Kitchen is very well equipped for all of your cooking needs. One thing that is important to note - there is no air conditioning in this unit (as is common in most Vail condos). It is pretty hot in the unit during the day despite lots of fans but it cools off nicely at night. Just be mindful of this if you are used to AC! We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful location

This condo was a great location for the Fourth of July! You could see the fire works right down the stairs perfectly! The pool on the property is heated and my kids loved it! There where two “cons” if you could call them that, but they wouldn’t deter me from staying again! 1) in the shower we were in there was mold in the caulking/grout in the corners of the shower that kind of bothered me and 2) in the bed we stayed in, the sheets had a small brown stain on them but may have just been a rust stain from a washer. It didn’t look too bad. There are 2 stairs from the living room the the bedrooms that are kind of hard to see for small kids but we didn’t have any accidents. Overall we were all pleased with the condo and the location! It really was perfect for our trip!

No heat!

Unfortunately we arrived and the condo had no heat. We called property manager and they tried to fix but to no avail. Had to move to another property at 10pm. Negotiated for recompensation because the unit they provided was not at all of same quality or location. No apology for our trouble.

I am very sorry for the issue you had during your stay. There was heat in one of the rooms, just not throughout the unit. The issue was with the boiler on the property. I am not sure what you mean by no apology. Our staff, assisted in the move, refunded one night of the stay, and lowered the rate on the condo we were able to move you to, and refunded that to you promptly. I know that there was an apology issued by our maintenance person and myself when we made the move to the other condo. Again, I am very sorry for the issue with the heat.

Vail condo in Village Center

The condo is very luxurious. Recent renovations added very nice features. The location is by a creek which is nice. The disappointment was the condo does not have AC. We were there in the hot month of July. Some windows needed to be open to bring in cooler air at night. Kids and teenagers were playing and partying by the creek in front of our condo and the noise was really bad. Nobody in our family of seven had good night sleep as the noise and shouting went on until 3:00am for some nights. This is the downside to be so close to the Vail Village Center. Considering the very high price, this was disappointing to us. We never experienced some issues like this one with previous VRBO rentals.

I am very sorry about the noise that you describe. We can make the authorities aware of the issue, had you notified us prior to the last day of your stay. They will make sure that it doesn't happen. It sometimes can be warm, in the summer months.
