Situated a short walk from Gondola One and adjacent to Gore Creek, this newly-constructed, third-floor, magnificently-appointed residence offers a great room with a gas fireplace, a luxe kitchen outfitted with premium, stainless steel Wolf appliances, as well as a dining table for eight. Additional features include three guest suites, each with a truly opulent, attached bathroom (the first has a king size bed, the second has two queens, the third has a queen size bed), custom lighting, stacked washer/dryer and parking for one vehicle.

Guests will enjoy Vail Mountain and Golden Peak views from the furnished terrace, on-site amenities such as a hot tub, community room and fire pit, and the convenience of being an easy walk from Village dining, shopping and fun. Complimentary Vail shuttle service is also available.

Excellent Property and clean. Perfect walk to Vail Village. Very accomodating. The AC was the only issue. It was spotty - its a building issue and out of the property management hands. I would just ask about the AC far in advance before going if during the summer.

Great 3 bedroom property with perfect view of Vail mtn ski runs. Large family room and deck. 3.5 baths is great for a group. Host is beyond excellent at communication. The building didn’t have AC during a very hot summer week that we visited but they put fans/chillers in the rooms which helped. Thankfully at night it was cool so we could open the doors. Front bedroom has noticeable interstate noise sound only a sound sleeper could sleep there. Convenient to walk to any location in Vail. Unit was very clean, loved having private parking. Building with secure access. Would def stay in this unit again.

Modern Unit / Excellent Location

Our family loved this condo! Modern decor throughout and well appointed with high-end appliances. The location, just on the edge of Vail Village, was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Concert and Skiing

This place was super handy to the amphitheater and literally next door to the bus station to get anywhere in Vail quickly.

Fabulous. Exceeded expectations. The only negative was the elevator was broken. The people that met us were great. Condo was clean and very nice. Living spaces were perfect for us. Great location.

Sleek, beautiful, great location, but difficult access and entry

This condo was beautiful, sleek, modern and perfect for hosting our group of friends for the weekend. There are just a few things we struggled with. Access to get into the condo building/garage was extremely difficult and problematic. The balcony door off the master bedroom did not close so there were tons of small moths in our room. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely come back!
