This apartment is located in an 18th-century carmen in the Albaicín, Granada’s historic centre and an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment is situated in the part of the Albaicín closest to the centre of Granada, less than 350 metres from Plaza Nueva and 800 metres from the Alhambra.

This apartment offers beautiful views to the south of the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada. It features a private rooftop terrace with furniture for dining or simply relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a traditional Moorish bath for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing or skiing. The second bedroom has two single beds. A cot with a comfortable mattress is available upon request. The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The living room also offers southern views of the Alhambra and the mountains and features a small balcony.

The apartments have been renovated with the aim of combining the charm of the 18th-century building with the comfort and contemporary style of the most modern amenities. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout, and a shower with unlimited hot water.

We have two private parking spaces near the apartments available upon request for 15 euros per day.
