the caravan and utilities within were good, not excellently clean. The TV would not work, the site did come and try to get it to work, but were unable to. We did try ringing the contact number, but could not get an answer, office ? was shut. Hoburne sent there maintenance chap round, but they were not obliged to do so, as this is a private owned/managed holiday let. As said, he did try for about 1/2 hr, but thought it must be the receiver unit, but he was not allowed to replace/repair anything. the park itself is a bit enclosed, and has a small dog walking area. Bashley Hoburne Park is very different, much more open space, so a bit special. TV would of helped alot.

Hi Gordon Thank you for your review and for letting us know about the issues that you had with the TV. Our office is not always ‘manned’ at the weekends, as we may be out assisting guests but there is a facility to either leave a message or press for a call out – we always pick these calls up, either when back in the office or in the event of a call out, they are immediately diverted to our mobile phones. We were not aware that there was an issue but will of course follow this up to make sure that everything is back working. Regards Jane & Ian Mud Huts of Mudeford Ltd
