It is situated on the fist floor at the Charming Vllla Lavanda with pool. It consists of one bedrooms with queen size bed, modern bathroom with a shower, kitchen, living, dining area that opens to a large balcony overlooking the pool and se sea. The sofa bed in the living room is extendable, size 120 x 190m for one more adult or two smaller children.

It is fully equipped to the highest standards, there is a pool at guests disposal, sun loungers and BBQ. Private parking on site. The property is fully fenced.

The beaches are cca 3 km from the apartment 4 km from the centre of Porec. Smal local shop and restaurant is cca 350-500 m from the house.
