The old town of Porec can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. two holiday flats are rented in the house and the landlord lives on the ground floor. Private car park in front of the house. This holiday flat for 4-5 persons is located on the 1st floor on an area of 60m2 and has been completely renovated. It has a kitchen-living room with pull-out couch for 1 person, satellite TV, dining table and balcony with seating, bathroom with shower/WC in the entrance hall and two double bedrooms, both with access to the large covered balcony with sea view and garden furniture. WLAN internet connection and air conditioning are available and included in the price.
