A wonderful serene place.Convenient access to most of the Netherlands tourist locations. Hosts are accommodating and friendly providing useful recommendations on restaurants, shops and travel tips. A working farm for you to enjoy if you want.

We loved our stay! The entire house felt very cozy and homey. The farm was such a cool experience for the kids and the property is so peaceful. Janette and Floor are incredibly kind hosts. They answered all questions promptly, took the time to show us around, and were just nice people! We are already planning our trip back to the NL and will absolutely be staying here again.

We absolutely loved Jeannette and Floor’s place. It is spacious, clean and has so much so much to do for our family. We stayed 5 nights there. It is not enough!!! My kids ranked her place as the best place we have stayed for vacation. Every morning f they started with chicken feeding. They played with the dogs and cats. We even invited a photographer to document our times at the farm. We have families in the Netherlands. We definitely want to come back to her place in the future! Highly highly recommend!

Country Feeling Close to the Coty

Beautiful home and property!! Our group of 6 had a short, but wonderful stay! Jeannette and Floor are wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wish we could have stayed longer, if we are back in the Bunnik/Utrecht area we will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Our hosts gave us a tour of the farm (several calves were born while we were there). I was there with my mother and siblings (all adults) and the set up was excellent. We were visiting family around Holland, and it was ideal to get everywhere. The property itself is very serene and the running/biking options are great. It was easy to get into Bunnik to get groceries, and we cooked all our meals at the property. We would definitely recommend it.

very good accommodation in a good location

The accommodation was very clean, with two toilets, a kitchen with a common room and living area. Everything you need is there. The hostess is very friendly and gave us a perfect welcome. All guests are recommended to take a tour of the farm. It's a joy to see how well the animals are treated. Highly recommended.

Nice , spacious property at a very good location. Just a few minutes drive from from the closest town or you can cycle as the property also on a cycle route, which is brilliant. Great hosts and they are very helpful. The property has everything you would need but if you would find you lucking anything Jaenette and Floor would be more than happy to provide it. The property is a working dairy farm and Jeanette has shown it to us, which was very interesting. We were welcomed with fresh eggs and butter from the farm which was wonderful. Even though the hosts live on the other side of the property, the guest side is very private and you cannot hear or see them but if you would like anything or any advice on best places to visit etc just text them and they come back to you immediately. We have really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We had such a lovely stay with Jeannette & Floor. The location was perfect to experience a bit of the countryside of the Netherlands - being on a working dairy farm. Plus it is located next to a world heritage site (actually 2 in one spot). But it's also just a 20-30 minute bike or transport ride to Utrecht. Jeannette was an amazing host and gave us a tour of the dairy farm & we met their many animals including Baloo the very friendly dog, barn cats & horses. The house is spacious & kitchen has all the wares you may need. You can stay in for a big meal or there are many restaurants near-by at Bunnick, Houten or Utrecht. We rode bikes (available to rent) to Utrecht (bike paths the entire way) and also took the bus that is about a 10 minute walk from the farm. Highly recommend for a unique experience!
