Adjacent to the living space, is an open kitchen equipped with utilities such as a cooker hob, an oven, and a fridge with a freezer. The warm and illuminated bedrooms benefit from the natural light pouring through the French windows, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere.

The apartment benefits from the proximity of many restaurants and beaches, all within a walking distance of 13 minutes. To relax and sunbathe, Aregai marina is the closest beach at a driving distance of 10 minutes. The apartment is at a great location for guests who prefer self-catering as there is a supermarket just a minute away from the apartment. Meanwhile, those who are fond of exploring local cuisine can visit the nearby restaurants and bars in less than 10 minutes on foot. Other beachside restaurants are just 11 minutes away by car.

There are museums and historical spots like Salon D’estate Di Carin Grudda, Villa Biener, Fortezza Del Gallinaro and St. Anthony Church within a walking distance of 20 minutes to explore. Additionally, adventurers can rent bikes from the nearby rental shops (a walking distance of 2 minutes) and explore the cycling riviera by the beach at a driving distance of 5 minutes. There is a diving centre and a fishing club (both an 11-minute drive) where you can dive and dip in the waters.
