Unglaublicher Blick auf das Meer, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr netter und völlig unproblematischer Vermieter. Um das Objekt erreichen zu können ist ein gewisses Maß an Fitness empfehlenswert, allerdings wird man mit einem traumhaften Blick und viel Ruhe belohnt.

Positiv:Toller Pool, Haus hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick, San Lorenzo Al Mare ist ein schöner Küstenort.Negativ:Die Dusche im Badezimmer war ziemlich verschimmelt, die Garage war für unseren Wagen nicht nutzbar, weil ein Motorrad darin stand , die Küche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Der Gasherd hat nur noch 2 funktionsfähige Brenner und man braucht 45 Minuten um Nudelwasser zum Kochen zu bringen

Mag wel een upgrade/onderhoud hebben. Prima huis met een mooie ligging.

Was een zeer compleet en mooi huis. Zwembad niet verwarmd dus in mei niet bruikbaar. Parasols buiten zijn stuk en vies. De bank in de woonkamer dient echt vervangen te worden. Verder veel kleine dingen die beter kunnen. Nespresso apparaat was defect. Werd direct omgeruild voor een ander tweedehands apparaat.

Kommunikation mit Vermieter nicht so gut

Tolles Haus mit tollem Pool und grandioser Aussicht. Sehr steiler Weg zum Haus, viele Mücken.Kommunikation mit Vermieter erst sehr gut,später keine Antworten auf Fragen.

Einfach perfekt

Es war so toll! Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Für die Kinder unvergesslich. Diese Aussicht und der Pool, ein Traum! San Lorenzo al Mare ist ein wunderschöner Ort, einheimisch und hier scheint die Welt noch in Ordnung zu sein. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder!

Verblijf eind september.

Fantastisch huis en geweldig uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad. Lastige weg om er te komen en steile parkeerplaats. Huis is onderdeel van meerdere woningen. Bij ons verblijf waren de andere woningen (gelukkig) niet bezet. Zeker aanrader voor gezin met kinderen.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung. Wie bei letzten Mal war alles perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum! Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Strand und Hundestrand sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super - extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Sommerurlaub 2023 mit Familie und Hund

Wir haben in den Sommerferien 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Vermieter hat schon im Vorfeld schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Auch, dass unsere erwachsene Tochter ihren Freund mitbringen wollte, der ursprünglich nicht in der Buchung berücksichtigt war, stellte kein Problem dar. Bei der Ankunft ließ sich die Whirlfunktion des Pools nicht mehr abstellen. Es kam noch am gleichen Tag jemand vorbei, der es sich anschaute und schon am nächsten Tag wurde es repariert. Der Pool ist übrigens ein Traum und die Aussicht ebenso. Gut gefallen hat uns Eltern auch das schöne große Schlafzimmer, an das ein verstecktes Bad angrenzte. So hatten wir noch ein bisschen mehr Privatsphäre. Zudem hatte jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, die ausgezeichnet und leise funktionierte. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker, bei dem wir immer Frühstück geholt haben. Dort konnte man auch für den nächsten Tag vorbestellen. Da die Ferienwohnung über eine sehr steile Straße zu erreichen ist, haben wir das Frühstück anfangs mit dem Auto geholt, jedoch ist das Parken in San Lorenzo etwas schwierig, da es sehr wenige Parkplätze gibt. So gingen wir schließlich zu Fuß und hatten unser Frühstück gleich wieder abtrainiert. Zudem gibt viele tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - Nizza, Monaco, San Remo... und natürlich ein wunderschönes, klares Meer. Zum Parken und Finden der Hundestrände brauchte man gute Nerven, aber ansonsten war der Urlaub ein Traum. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Einfach nur schön

alles ist wie beschrieben und des Öfteren schon kommentiert. der ( wirklich steile )Aufstieg nach dem Strandbesuch und dem Einkauf ebenso wie der wunderbare Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlt sn nichts. die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut gut.

Villa con piscina meravigliosa.

Bellissima esperienza, ci torneremo sicuramente. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (4 adulti e 3 bambine piccole) per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Proprietario estremamente gentile di disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza; casa molto ben organizzata e in ottima posizione. La villa è affacciato sul mare ed è dotata di tutti i confort, piscina splendida e ben curata. Forse sarebbe utile menzionare che la strada per arrivare alla villa ha una pendenza superiore al 40%! Noi avevamo portato una bicicletta elettrica con carrozzino attaccato per le bimbe e non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo, in quanto la discesa al mare con il mezzo sarebbe stata troppo pericolosa. Questo fatto non ha tuttavia rovinato le nostre vacanze che sono state meravigliose. Grazie.

Gepflegte Unterkunft mit tollem Blick und Nähe zum Strand

Wir waren mit der Familie dort und haben alles vorgefunden was wir für 1 Woche Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Weg ist allerdings recht steil, dafür hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Der Pool wurde während regelmäßig gereinigt und auch sonst war es sehr sauber. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich in ca. 500 Meter Entfernung, er sieht sehr unscheinbar aus aber man bekommt alles was man benötigt. Kommunikation war spitze, Filippo ist unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir durften kurzfristig viel früher einchecken als angekündigt. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ferienwohnung San Lorenzo del Mare

Das Objekt liegt etwas höher und in einiger Entfernung zur Durchgangsstraße und der dortigen Küstenautobahn. Insgesamt ist es dort recht ruhig. Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung in einem größeren Gebäude. Dies ist nicht ohne weiteres aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich und leider wurde das Objekt bei FeWo trotz entsprechendem Filter (Ferienhaus, Villa) angezeigt. Das Objekt hat einen eigenen Zugang un ein abgegrenztes Grundstück. Auch der Pool ist nur für diese Wohnung nutzbar. Die Einrichtung ist grundsätzlich i.O. bis gut. Das Mobiliar könnte an einigen Stellen (Essbereich) ohne großen Aufwand etwas abgestimmter und attraktiver ausgewählt werden. Auf den beiden Südost-Balkonen (Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang) gab es überhaupt kein Mobiliar. Dies sollte man ergänzen. Leider ließ uns das Wetter und die Pooltemperatur den Pool nicht nutzen. Er ist aber sehr schön angelegt. Der (oder ein) Strand ist fußläufig nur schlecht zu erreichen. Alles in Allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Wie so oft ist die genaue Lage nicht aus dem Inserat ersichtlich und nur nach geschickter Recherche durch Abgleich der Fotos und Google-Earth zu erfahren ( 43°51'26.64"N 7°57'54.22"E). Das sollte FeWo (und auch andere Plattformen) aus Gründen der Transparenz grundsätzlich ändern.

Perfekt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Bei Ankunft war alles absolut sauber, der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist superfreundlich und die Anreisezeit sehr flexibel. Der Pool ist ein Traum und das Meer (auch der Hundestrand) zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schönes Haus, mit Renovationsbedarf

Das Haus liegt an einer wundervollen Lage. Was uns aufgefallen ist, es dürften einige Investitionen gemacht werden. - Türrahmen der nicht mehr hält - Sofa das seine besten Tage gesehen hat - Reinigung die besser vollzogen werden sollte - defektes Glas beim Pool - Sonnenschirme die nicht mehr ganz sind und die besten Tage hinter sich haben - Gartenstühle (aus Holz) dürften ersetzt werden, Zustand na ja Dies sind nur einige Dinge die man ersetzten sollte. Ansonsten war es wirklich toll

Sur un Rocher

Très bel appartement situé en haut d'un rocher, avec sa piscine privative, très reposant, on ne pense plus à faire de visite, et de profiter pleinement de la piscine. Belle cuisine, mais toutefois manque quelques ustensiles, tout climatisé, on a passé un agréable séjour en famille.

Hervorragende Frühlingsferien

Sehr schöne, gut eingerrichtete Wohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht und eigenem Zugang und Pool. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist der Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Übergabe und alles wie im Beschrieb vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen Vermieter und Wohnung sehr gerne weiter!
