New kitchen cabinets, countertop, interior painted, hardwood floors refinished, and a new bathroom vanity and commode.
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath 900 foot square cottage. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an additional trundle bed, located in the main room, which comfortably sleeps 2 people.
Brand new mattresses added June 15th, 2020!
The main room has a living space as well as an adjoining kitchen and dining area. Conveniently located between Highlands and Cashiers North Carolina, guests can enjoy the amenities of both towns as well as nearby hiking at Whiteside Mountain and Glenville lake.

Great property! We loved it! Cottage was clean and roomy, and location between Highlands and Cashiers made access to both very easy. Plenty of waterfalls and hiking trails within an easy drive. Would stay there again for sure.

My husband and I enjoyed out time at this property while we visited the Highlands/Cashiers area. It was in a great location, just 10-15 minutes from each town. It also had great access to hikes and destinations in the area.

This is a very charming cottage conveniently located between Cashiers and Highlands. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. I couldn’t submit this review without rating the Sking which we would never do and there was no snow in Oct. VRBO should fix this.

This house is well equipped and has everything a traveler would need. Beautiful, wooded property.

Very comfortable bed, and incredible mountain views. The Rhododendron was in full bloom all over the mountains when we were there. Will definitely return in the future.

Great Rental Property

The guest house was a perfect space for a weekend in Highlands/Cashiers. The location is ideal if you plan on visiting both towns. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Location

It's a great location if you want to go between Cashiers and the Highlands. It is close to the highway so you can hear cars from the porch. This is the only negative. The interior is nicely decorated and comfortable.

Classy and well appointed cottage in a great location between Highlands and Cashiers. Quiet and clean. Very close to the Whiteside hiking trail that you absolutely should do if you are able.
