Come enjoy and take time out to build memories in this lovely Mountain Gem in Trillium Links and Lake Club, Cashiers NC just outside of Highlands. Fun for your Family and Friends, A Home Away from Home.

My home is located in Trillium Links and Lake Club, a private club available with daily and weekly fees for my guests with a 72 hour notice just let me know and I can share pricing. Note: Pool and spa are available in Summer months. Golf, tennis, pickelball, and the gym are available year round.
Home Details: This immaculate retreat is perfectly located between Cashiers and Lake Glenville, and a short drive to Highlands and Old Edwards Inn and Spa. This lovely home is like new with picture-perfect views. The relaxing screened in rocking chair-covered porch is my personal favorite and perfect for reading, sharing a cozy fire, roasting marshmallows and sipping wine and hot chocolate with family and friends. There is approximately 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space with a wood-burning fireplace and 2,300 square feet indoors, very roomy and spacious, all with excellent high-speed wireless internet and fast cellular service! The open great room has a large, stacked stone fireplace with a huge 70” TV with Dish and Netflix and plenty of seating for the entire family or a couple looking for some R&R from all the stresses of everyday life. Well behaved pups welcome at an additional fee with plenty of activities.
This is a spacious non-smoking 3 bedroom, 4 bath home. Upstairs is a large main bedroom with a king-size bed creating an idyllic atmosphere including shower and separate spa soaking tub. Also, upstairs is a separate dining area and kitchen with plenty of space for up to 8 with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could need to prepare and serve meals including a new crockpot, coffee pots, ice cream maker, which my kids love, and a K-cup machine plus refrigerators on both levels for your convenience.
There is a roomy two-bedroom, two-bath suite on the lower level with a family room, a pullout bed, a wet bar, and its own porch and private entrance with a ping pong table and golf putting! The bedrooms have plenty of sleeping space with a king-size bed, walk-in shower, and a queen, full-size and bunk beds in another room with a shower tub combo. All new bedding and luxurious towels provided. This floor is ideal for young families, or teens with a separate den area for private space.
There is also a desk office area, excellent 5G cellular service, and fast high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi - for remote working and studying for the whole family!
Your whole crew is sure to fall in love with this mountain gem with gorgeous waterfalls and hikes for everyone to enjoy. Plus, it's convenient to the town in Cashiers with lots of shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute drive.

I am originally from the northeast growing up in a small lake town in the Adirondack Mountains. I fell in love with North Carolina shortly after moving away since it reminded me of my Grandparent's camp where I spent many summers on the lake in the foothills of the Adirondacks. I live in Florida after raising my two children in Alpharetta, Georgia with our dog. We enjoy spending time in the mountains, hitting the local restaurants, and shopping at the many unique stores. I am a spa hopper myself, so I always make sure to stop in at the Canyon Spa in Sapphire or Old Edwards Inn and Spa in Highlands for some R&R. After many years of visiting the area, I finally decided to call it home part-time. I hope to find families that will love and treat my home like their own when I am not staying in the area. Why they chose this property
I love 87 Cart Path because of the mountain views and beautiful surroundings. It's a very tranquil and safe area plus its proximity to the town of Cashiers and Lake Glenville is ideal. The home is in excellent condition and has been well cared for. The two fireplaces and large screened-in porch, everyone's favorite spot, and large open great room offer plenty of space for family and friends to spread out and enjoy time together. All these features attracted me to this home plus my family loved the fact it had high-speed internet and excellent cellular service which is not often available in the mountains.
