The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and a drying rack to meet your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a terrace with panoramic views, and a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings. The second bedroom offers a single bed that converts into a king-size bed, a wardrobe for storage, a balcony with a table and chairs for relaxation, and a desk for any work you may need to do during your stay. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, it offers the convenience of complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas.

Aveiro is a charming city located on the west coast of Portugal, known for its picturesque canals, colorful moliceiro boats, and art nouveau architecture. Often referred to as the "Venice of Portugal," Aveiro's canals wind through the city center, offering scenic boat tours and walks along the waterfront.

The city is famous for its production of salt, seaweed, and traditional Portuguese sweets, particularly the ovos moles, a delicacy made from egg yolks and sugar. Visitors can explore the historic center, which is dotted with beautiful churches, museums, and lively squares.

Aveiro is also close to stunning beaches, including the popular Praia da Barra and Costa Nova, known for their golden sands and striped fishermen's houses. Additionally, nature lovers can venture to the nearby Ria de Aveiro, a large lagoon teeming with birdlife and natural beauty.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro station, is just a 22-minute walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
