This road that connects Aveiro and Estarreja, provides a tour of over 22 km in a unique and charming ecosystem where tranquility reigns, always flanked by the banks of the Ria, with an extraordinary fauna and flora with shelters for bird watching from which stand out. flamingos and royal ducks for beautiful natural landscapes.
Overlooking the ria, this property is set in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood, facing a children's playground.
Consisting of a 1st and 2nd floor, with a total area of 220 m2, with 3 bedrooms (one suite with 40-channel TV and two bedrooms served by a common toilet) fitted kitchen, utility room, living room, dining room, WC social, a balcony and two terraces.

Brief stay in Aveiro

This was a quick stop on our way from Lisbon to the Duro valley. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. While a bit outside the city center, it was nice to have a large, quiet comfortable space to relax and do laundry at the midpoint of out trip. Ubers into town we’re quick and inexpensive. Our host, Margarida , was very responsive and helped with a few snafus we had with the washing machine.

Superbe maison dans une région très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable, spacieuse et avec tout le confort possible. Les pontons dans les marécages à proximité permettent de belles balades. Prévoir de prendre la voiture pour aller dans le centre d’Aveiro ou aux plages. Le coin est magnifique.

A very nice clean and comfortable house.

My husband and I were traveling throughout Portugal on vacation. We stayed at Margarida‘s house which is near a bird estuary just a little on the outskirts of the historic city center. The house is very comfortable and clean and Margarida make sure our stay was a good one. We would definitely come back.
