Beautiful house with a large green garden and a nice private pool area situated in the hillside west of the small medival town Trans en Provence, 3 km south of Draguignan. It is 25 minutes drive to St Maxime or the beach at Frejus. The drive from Nice Aeroport takes 50 minutes (7 minutes from A8). Boulangerie, restaurants etc is in walking distance - (about 600m). Every place at the Riviera ca be reached with car within 1 hour.

I had the best holiday in a very long time. We rented this house for 14 days, and it was just amazing. Great house, convenient and well equipped

We stayed in Trans en Provence. The house was easy to find and served well locally with shops and access to the main roads. The house was spacious clean and with all the amenities. The owner (Tormod) was very quick to respond to any queries and addressed issues. The pool was great and enjoyed by all. Was around 30 mins to Saint Maxime for the sea. Would recommend for another stay. Thank you.

Des vacances idéales .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa fleurie. Elle est très bien située, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, la piscine les extérieurs et la climatisation. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Tout est réuni pour y passer de bonnes vacances. Tormod est un hôte réactif, il a su répondre rapidement à toutes nos demandes.

Lovely place, close to everything, great views. What more could you want

The pictures on the site don’t do justice on demonstrating what a great place this was, the host responded rapidly on any request, the place was clean and the location just great. Wished we’d booked it for more weeks

Skønt ophold

Mig og min familie (både små børn og ældre) havde en rigtig fin ferie i huset. Vi nød at være ved poolen og besøge lokalområdet. Byen som man kan gå til (dog en meget stejl bakke opad ;) var virkelig hyggelig. Tak for denne gang.

Propriétaire très disponible et réactif. Maison fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Piscine très agréable et entretenue. Climatisation dans les chambres. Quartier très calme. Cela dit, le jardin mériterait d’être entretenu (surtout à l’arrière de la maison) le mobilier extérieur est vieillissant (parasols, tables et chaises d’extérieur) et l’intérieur de la maison est un peu vétuste mais fonctionnel. Très bon séjour malgré cela.

Très bon séjour

Propriété très calme, a proximité de commodités. Un grand jardin est à disposition. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous reviendrons très certainement. :)

Séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, proche des villes comme Fréjus, Saint-Raphael, Saint Tropez. L’hôte est très réactif pour répondre aux questions. Attention à ne pas faire trop de bruit pour les voisins.

Fast alles Super / almost everything was perfect

Ich war für 4 Tage zu Gast in Tormods Haus. Ich muss sagen, der Gesamteindruck war wirklich klasse und es gab nur wenig zu beanstanden! Der eine oder andere Teller oder Top war nicht sauber, aber so viel Geschirr vorhanden, das wir einfach anderes genommen haben. Die Klimaanlagen sind nur in den Schlafzimmern, so dass es ein zwei Tage dauert bis man die Kühlung auch in den anderen Räumen merkt. Bei der Abreise gab es Schwierigkeiten mit dem Gartentor, was unsere Abreise etwas verzögerte. Aber Tormod gab sich alle Mühe es zu beheben. I stayed at Tormod's house for 4 days. I have to say, the overall impression was really great and just little thinks we have to complain. One or the other plate or top was not clean, but there were so many dishes that we simply took other items. The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, so it takes a day or two before you notice the cooling in the other rooms. On departure there were difficulties with the garden gate, which delayed our departure a bit. But Tormod did his best to fix it.

Superbe piscine et tranquilité !

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans cette agréable maison, la piscine est top, plein de transats à dispo, il y a beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur et les pièces sont grandes. Par contre, La sécurité de la piscine sonne souvent, dès qu'il y a un peu de vent, il faut aller l’arrêter à la piscine...On est tout le temps en train de monter/descendre les escaliers car la cuisine & habitation sont à l'étage ! La TV était HS à notre arrivée mais on nous en a apporté une neuve au bout de quelques jours (le propriétaire étant en Norvège, il y a un couple qui sur place). Il n'y avait pas de micro-ondes alors on en a acheté un d'occasion ! Ce n'était précisé nulle part mais il faut emmener les poubelles dans des containers publiques (à 200m). Par contre attention, ne sont fournis gratuitement les draps et linge que pour 4 personnes, au delà c'est payant (ce n'est pas écrit dans l'annonce en français mais c'est écrit sur le site USA !). Nous nous sommes servis de 2 lits d appoint, tous les sommiers et matelas sont en bon état. Les climatisations dans les chambres sont top et fonctionnent sans faire de bruit. En résumé, on a passé un bon séjour dans cette maison !

Schönes Haus mit Potential für mehr

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Beschreibung des Objekts ist sehr genau und zutreffend. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann könnte man lediglich anführen, daß speziell im Außenbereich einige Schönheitsreparaturen nötig wären. Ansonsten ist das Haus in gutem Zustand und völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Speziell die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und der große amerikanische Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaker sind im Sommer Gold wert.

Vi har haft 2 ugers ferie i et skønt hus. Huset var udstyret med alt nødvendigt, pænt rent da vi ankom og med god kommunikation til udlejer.

Maison agréable aux volumes de pièces confortables. Le mobilier à notre disposition très bon aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, tables et chaises un peu partout !. Des outils à dispo pour régler les petits soucis sans engager de demandes compliquées. La piscine très agréable et en avons profité. Sur place des jeux et de quoi s'occuper tranquillement, boules, raquettes, ballons, bouées etc... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le côté famille et confiant des propriétaires qui répondent très rapidement aux mails. Bref, que de bons souvenirs.

Le propriétaire n'a pas tenu parole

La maison est bien placé, le mobilier est de qualité, l'équipement est qualitatif. La piscine est entretenue par un artisan qui remet du chlore sans faire tourner le robot, elle se verdie assez rapidement. Une climatisation a été défaillante, l'armoire était remplie de moisissures. Après avoir contacté le propriétaire, il nous a demandé de contacter les différents artisans pour venir en urgence (problème de langue), ce que nous avons fait pour lui rendre service. De manière à ne pas rendre les enfants malades, nous n'avons pas utilisé cette chambre. Nous avons demandé une remise par rapport à la non utilisation de cette chambre. Le propriétaire s'était engagé à étudier notre demande. Depuis notre retour (1 mois) nos relances restent sans réponses. Je trouve cela malhonnête, surtout par rapport aux services que nous avons rendus.

Superbe vacances en famille dans une très jolie demeure

Nous avons passé 10 jours superbe ... la demeure est très agréable à vivre et la piscine est très belle ... les chambres sont toutes climatisées ce qui n’ai pas négligeable en plein mois de juillet. Beaucoup d’espace pour les enfants ainsi que pour les chiens 🐶, je recommande vivement cette endroit aux futurs locataires

We have been owning this house together with two colleagues since 2002.


We try to use the house 2 to 3 times a year.
The house can be rented in periods we not use it ourselves.

Why they chose this property

We think the house is a perfect place for a holiday in south of France.

It has a large garden with a very nice and private pool area. Every place along the Riviera ca be reached by car within an hour and it is also possible to use train and bus.

The house lays in an area with villas and gardens mostly owned by people living there. Restaurants and boulangeries is within walking distance and there is many fine possibilites for walks to local vineeyards, and smal medivals towns from the house.

Many of our guests have visited the house several times and are coming again.
