Wonderful stay

The villa was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We have stayed in Sainte Maxine a number of times, and although the location doesnt have a view like other properties we have rented, it is quiet yet close to the town and beach, but be prepared for a steep walk back. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

An amazing house. Cosy, very clean and it has everything you need. The pool is beautiful and Well maintained. The owners are very friendly, and the communication proceeded quick and good. We would love to come back!

Just as good second time around

This was our second stay and the villa didnt disappoint. As a couple we love the inside and outside space, the garage to keep our e bikes safe, and the location close to Ste Maxime centre - we have returned home fitter again after walking the steep hill every day.

Beautiful house & perfect location

We stayed here for a week in August and loved our stay. The house & pool are both very comfortable and very well tended. The pool was especially attractive for our teenage boys (12 & 15). But the biggest asset of the house is its location, within walking distance of the beach and the city centre. Highly recommended!

Lovely Villa in a perfect location

Villa very well equipped, great space and layout with a beautiful outside area for eating and chilling. Pool was great, with a wide step for sitting and keeping cool. Villa in a very quiet location but still just 10 mins to beach in St Maxime and relatively easy to get to other beaches. Note that traffic is very busy in August on the coast road, particularly towards St Tropez. Would highly recommend this villa and area.

Very nice house with everything you need. Very well equipped (grill, washing mashine, garage, kitchen equipment). The communication with the landlords was always very friendly, helpful and quick. We are coming back!

Family time

We were looking for a villa that would accommodate us all, had a heated pool and was within walkable distance of the town. We know Sainte Maxime well so knew this would suit us perfectly. Villa Plein Sud did not disappoint. It is well appointed and comfortable. For us, the addition of a proper shower over the bath upstairs would be beneficial for easier use. We had a lovely holiday and would book again.

Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum und uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, gemütlich, stilvoll und gleichzeitig sehr praktisch. Man merkt sofort: Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht.Besonders begeistert hat uns die Küche: hervorragend ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr und Gläsern, vielen Schüsseln und Behältern, scharfen Messern (endlich!) sowie Mixer und allem, was man braucht. Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt, selbst ambitioniertes Kochen war problemlos möglich.Die Betten sind angenehm fest (kein Durchgelegen-Gefühl, ein echter Pluspunkt!) und die Schlafzimmer großzügig, ruhig und ebenso geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie der Rest des Hauses.Der Garten ist ein kleines mediterranes Paradies: Palmen, Zitronen- und Orangenbäume sowie viele weitere schöne Pflanzen sorgen für echtes Urlaubsfeeling.Der Pool war dank Abdeckung und Wärmepumpe immer wunderbar temperiert, so konnten unsere Kinder (und natürlich auch wir ) trotz Frühjahr ausgiebig baden.Der Kontakt mit Florence und Eric war durchweg sehr freundlich. Sandra, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, und die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber.Auch Nicolas, der „Hausmeister“, war bei einem kleinen, selbst verursachten Problem sofort zur Stelle, schnell, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Und nicht zu vergessen: Der Poolservice am Mittwoch, gründlich, engagiert und mit sichtbarem Ergebnis!Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir fanden die Außenküche mit den Grills einfach genial. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern sowie mit Sandra, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, war sehr gut und wr würden gerne wiederkommen!

We hebben een heel goede vakantie gehad. Het huis was zeer ruim, netjes en van alles voorzien. Het verwarmde zwembad en de mooie tuin waren een groot pluspunt. We werden goed ontvangen door Sandra, alles was vlot geregeld. We keren zeker ooit nog eens terug.

Wir sind nun seit ein paar Tagen wieder zu Hause und denken gern an die schöne Zeit in Frankreich zurück. Die Villa ist fantastisch. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht - und auch was man nicht unbedingt benötigt . Sämtliche elektronischen Geräte sind vorhanden, eine sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, alles ist super sauber.Die outdoor Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und praktisch. Dort kann man die Abende bei einem guten Essen ausklingen lassen. Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet und der beheizte Pool ist das "Herzstück". Zum Strand und in die Stadt läuft man gerade mal 15 Minuten. Der Empfang durch Sandra ist sehr herzlich und sie hat uns auch alles gut erklärt. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder hierher zurück wenn wir das nächste Mal in St. Maxime sind.

La maison correspond bien à la description, néanmoins rien à proximité à moins de 25 minutes en marche rapide du centre de Sainte Maxime. Piscine bien chauffée et les petits enfants en ont profités extérieurs et jardin très agréables. Très au calme.

Il y a pourtant différents commerces ( Spar, Pharmacie Preconil, maison de la presse Preconil,marché tous les vendredis, coiffeur ) à 10 mn selon Google à pied.Et il y a le centre commercial Carrefour Market à 16 mn à pied selon toujoursv Google Maps. Nous y faisons, nous mêmes souvent des séjours SANS voiture. Nous vous invitons à vérifier sur Google maps. Bien à vous Florence et Eric

Ein wundervolles Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Saint Maxime sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr schön und es war bei unserer Ankunft ausserordentlich sauber. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche leckerer Rose und der Empfang war herzlich!Ganz besonders schön ist der Poolbeteich mit dem großen beheizten Pool und dem gepflegten und wunderschönen Garten! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und man hat alles, was man braucht..
