Seaviews from 3 of the 4 bedrooms and very close to shops and cafes - the Co-Op and Costa are our neighbours.


Layout

The entrance is on the ground floor - where the hallway takes you through to the property - there is a large open plan kitchen with utility area off the kitchen. The sitting room is open plan with the kitchen and the small courtyard is accessed from the kitchen. There is a downstairs toilet to the rear of the kitchen,
Upstairs there are 4 good size bedrooms and the family bathroom with shower attachment.

Oyster Catchers is very centrally located with both the Coop and Costa as our neighbours.


Getting there

Its quicker to get the car ferry to Fishbourne from Portsmouth - 10 mins drive. If you take the Red Funnel car ferry from Southampton it will take you about 20 mins 7 miles to reach Oyster Catchers.
If you are traveling without a car this is also very possible - we would recommend you either get the Hovercraft from Southsea - 10 min crossing and 10 walk to Oyster Catchers. Alternatively the Wight Link Catermaran will take you about 25 mins and its a 2 min train and 10 minute walk to our cottage.

The bedrooms are located upstairs - there is a downstairs toilet.
