This villa was incredible! Tons of space, very clean and comfortable. Private fenced-off parking/yard. Accessible beaches nearby. Great restaurants as well. Very quiet. This was a perfect spot to end our trip before our flight out of FCO. Sabrina was very welcoming and wonderful to interact with.

Perfect walk to the beach

Absolutely loved staying at this property. Sabrina, the host, was the most attentive host I’ve ever dealt with. She answered all my questions within minutes before and throughout the day. She also sent over dinner recommendations of establishments that were currently open (lunch-ish) and others that would be open at dinner time. I would 100% stay here again.

My only regret was we didn't stay here longer!!

Where do I start!! The town itself is a cute beach town an easy Urber to/from the airport. The house was a beautiful relaxing retreat!! The pictures are spot on, plenty of room to relax and chill. Front porch, back porch, balconies, beachy decor we loved it. Each of us loved the rooms we were in, comfy beds, sleep sanctuaries. Sabrina is a doll!! Easy to talk to helpful and willing to give up her corkscrew :>) We just regret we did not put more time away to enjoy this beautiful place. The restaurant across the street was AWESOME!!!! I really want to come back during the summer and get the full beach experience.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at Villa Dolce Vita. It was like two vacations in one. The option of the beach was refreshing after exploring Rome on our hot days. Towels and beach bag were available for use. The villa is spacious with 3 good size rooms for sleeping, ample bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. There were little added touches like Americano coffee ready for us to fill our cup. We enjoyed both the front and back balconies, front for a meal we cooked on-site, and the back for just relaxing. Washing machine and drying rack were appreciated. A little bonus was the nightlights. I brought two, but having them there meant having converters free for other uses. With the gated parking and reinforced locks we always felt safe in this quiet community. A variety of eateries are right outside the villa serving burgers, pizza, finer cuisine, coffee, or ice cream. It was delight meeting Sabrina. She was easy to communicate with, extremely helpful, and made our stay a pleasant one. Wish we could have stayed longer.
