Great location and property was perfect for our needs. Only one hiccup is that one of the bedrooms shares a wall with the construction staircase and they were loud beginning at 7:30 am.

Great location. Lot’s of room. There are different levels in place but does not take away from the great location .I had left my watch there accidentally and they helped to get it back to me in Canada

Excellent location. Host and greeter were great. Smaller than listed, a bit more run down than I appreciated online. Comfortable beds, good bathrooms, did laundry/dryer without issue. Dirty clothes from previous occupant left behind, probably missed as were tucked behind door. Would recommend

The property was exactly like the details on the wed site. It was within easy walking distance or metro stations for all major attractions There are good quality shops and restaurants close to the property. The host was extremely helpful and provided a very flexible service to accommodate our late check time. All round a very positive experience that helped to make our trip to Rome very enjoyable.

Great Location

Charming apartment within walking distance of the Colosseum. Nicely stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Having 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 5, and we had plenty of hot water for showers.

Great place, location and host

This apartment is perfect for a larger group. We were 5 people, and appreciated having 2 bathrooms - both with showers. The location is central and close to a metro station. There are plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores close by. Property manager Angelo was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Great for short trip to Rome

Great location. Easy check in. Clean. Beds pretty hard and uncomfortable. Dryer is not what you think of a dryer (it just spins water out). Definitely worth it for a shorter stay.

Great location

Apartment was beautiful and the washer/dryer came in handy. Metro only a few minutes away. Had a transportation challenge on check in day and was not able to communicate with property owner. Stayed until we arrived at 8 pm. We were very greatful!!! Would suggest this place to all.

Perfect apartment for our rome stay

This was a wonderful apartment and Fabrizio a terrific host. Clean, spacious, and with a washer AND dryer. The ceilings are low (as is indicated elsewhere) but not really an issue. The twin bedroom ceilngs are the lowest, but if kids stay in there it's good. My husband is 6 ft and didn't have any trouble. Apartment is in a good location between the train stain and all the historic sites. I highly recommend it!

Perfect!

300 year old building with the most modern apartment renovation, totally clean and fresh. Fabrizio was proactive in contacting us on Whatsapp, and checked in with us daily. The apartment had whimsical holiday decorations and fun mood lighting. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, lots of hot water. Ceilings are low so if you are tall like me, watch your head in the master bedroom. Beds are firm.

Only problem we had was an odor smell of sewer gas when you walked in to the apartment. Coming from the sink in the bathroom especially. The apartment was nice and close to shopping and food. The ice cream shop across the street was delicious. The air conditioning was wonderful. It was extremely hot out near 100 degrees. The flooring could have been cleaner. Overall we enjoyed our stay for the four of us family.
