L'appartamento in se è molto carino, arredato modernamente, attrezzato con tutto quello che serve (a parte lo scola pasta) si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo fuori Malaga, vicinissimo all'aeroporto e infatti qualche aereo si sente abbastanza ma non da fastidio dato che i serramenti sono buoni, la posizione è ben servita dalla vicina fermata dell'autobus e ci sono parcheggi in abbondanza se hai l'auto, la vista mare è spettacolare, diciamo che è la cosa migliore di tutto l'immobile e che mi ha fatto scegliere questa struttura. Ha un splendido giardino molto curato e una bella piscina grande e pulita.

L'appartamento è molto luminoso e con una bella vista sul mare. Offre una lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, televisione, micronde, un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto e addirittura una piscina. La posizione ottima vicino alla spiaggia, in una zona molto locale (non molto turistica) un po' lontana dal centro, ma con una fermata del bus davanti a casa e un supermercato e ristoranti dietro l'angolo. Anche la comunicazione con l'host tramite whatsapp è stata ottima e le istruzioni per il ritiro delle chiavi molto chiare e semplici.

Dum je umísten asi 100 m od pláže Playa de Guadalmar. Z okna je krásný výhled na tuto pláž. Dum má i vlastní bazén, který jsme ale nevyužili. Bezplatné parkování je prímo na ulici pred domem s dostatkem volných míst. Lokalita je blízko letište, ale jak psali i jiní uživatelé, letadla neruší nadmerným hlukem. Navíc v noci letište Malaga nefunguje. S hostitelem je vynikající komunikace. Má výborne udelané video s instrukcemi na prístup do domu a návod k vyzvednutí klícu. Hostitel reaguje na WhatsUp prakticky okamžite v jednotkách minut. V dome v dobe naší návštevy práve probíhala rekonstrukce spolecných prostor a nešla jeden den nekolik hodin elektrina a voda. Hostitel nás na to ale den predem upozornil. Samotný apartmán je ale pekný, svetlý, cistý a prakticky zarízený. Skutecnost presne odpovídala fotografiím, které má hostitel uvedené u svého popisu. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni.
