Sunny penthouse with terrace in historic center. Cathedral, Picasso, Park and beach

Penthouse with private terrace located in a very quiet building at the height of the 4th floor. It has 2 large bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed of 150cm, bathroom with large mirror, large kitchen with integrated and independent dining room, fully equipped for cooking during the stay, living room with access to the terrace, TV, Internet , double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped for a maximum of 6 people.

The house is in the quietest, exquisite and excellently located residential area for your tourist visit or to enjoy a stay of several days submerged in our city. A pleasant 10-minute walk to the Malagueta beach, Plaza de Toros, 5 minutes to the Plaza de la Merced, Mercado Atarazanas, or a 2-minute walk to the Parque de Málaga or Puerto, Centro Pompidou. Not forgetting the visit to our neighboring Cathedral, Revello de Toro Museum, Picasso Museum, Malaga Museum in an old Customs building, Carmen Thyssen and endless possibilities.

Its pleasant terrace allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the year, it is oriented to the southwest, and you can enjoy it all day.

Another nice plan is to go shopping in the historic center, with the best shops and excellent prices.

This apartment main feature is certainly its location: right in the middle of historic Malaga, close to everything from restaurants to bars and convenience stores. The owner is always ready to help and will answer any queries in no time. We loved our stay!

Great property in great area.

The property is in an excellent area, accessible for many places of interest and wonderful eateries. Our host, Palma was very kind and helpful and was willing to help us. Malaga is a wonderful, vibrant city with lots to see and do.

Perfect location

The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and right in the centre of Malaga, so really close to everything we wanted. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning before setting off to explore the city.

Charming and elegant befitting its location. Secure and relatively quiet given its central location. The sun terrace, small but perfectly formed provided day long al fresco opportunities. The very essential air conditioning worked like a charm. Don’t know what else to say other than the owner Palma was very attentive in her response to any queries. The apartment was in a perfect location, in the heart of the old town but only a 10 minute walk from the beach. There was everything we needed for a perfect stay. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon!

Totally fabulous

Spent a week in late November. Location is fantastic right in old Malaga close to the Roman Theatre, Tons of restaurants walking distance. The appartement was fully functional and very pleasant, bright, comfortable. The reception adapted to our early flight and the person was very pleasant. Might go again!

Amazing apartment in Malaga Historical District

I’ve stayed in many short term rental properties in the US and Europe over the years and this was one of the best! Although we were only two adults, the apartment was spacious, well laid out and updated with charming Spanish details. It was centrally located in Málaga’s historical district, but extremely quiet on the top floor of a lovely building with an elevator. The host and her father were very responsive before and during our stay. Everything was cool, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property!

It was a great experience being in the heart of things. The only down side was there wasn’t any English Speaking TV Channels. And when trying to stream from my own device. It kept buffering. Maybe a WIFI upgrade would be a good idea. This dropped a star in the overall rating

Great Apartment in a Perfect Location

I rented this apartment for one month in the fall. It exceeded my expectations especially for location. So many museums are a short walk away; Alcazaba is around the corner; the harbor is a 10-minute walk away; cafes are everywhere. The manager was lovely, available when needed, and really helpful. The apartment was updated but still charming especially the tall doors overlooking the cafes, chocolate and ice cream shops, and an art museum on the street below. The little terrace was the only disappointing feature. It was very small and shabby, but you really won't need it. Meals at the large kitchen table with the doors wide open was delightful. I will definitely return.
