The check-in process was super easy, and the studio was both cozy and spacious. The host provided many appliances and supplies (such as toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies, etc), which allowed me to quickly get settled in for my three-month stay. Also, gym and laundry access could not be more convenient!Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and would highly recommend this property for those who are looking to stay in the area.

Everything was perfect

We found that everything was great. The propertg was just one block away from the 16th street mall, everything was clean and lovely, and the property owner was super sweet and amazing to work with. I would definitely book with them again and again if I could because they were the best!

Great place, great location, smooth process

- place was bigger than I expected - the host was really nice - the gym is on the same level, and has free weights, machines, bikes, treadmills - the location is awesome --- the Free Mall ride stops right in front of the building, on the way back. So you can shop at Whole Foods or King Soopers (near Union station), catch the Free Mall ride at Union Station, and get dropped right at the place --- Yampa sandwich next door does some of the nicest sandwiches --- good bars and restaurants nearby

Perfect place to stay in downtown Denver

I loved staying in Holly's loft. She provides everything you need to make it a home which is important since the minimum stay is 30 days. I was able to prepare my own food and clean up after since all the necessary things are provided, just have to buy my own food. Target on 16th has all the basic groceries but of course there are great restaurants with happy hours nearby if you don't feel like cooking. The laundry and trash rooms are very close to the unit so it was not a pain at all to take out the trash and wash/dry clothes. The wifi was good and strong, never had a problem. Check in and checkout was also a breeze. I would love to stay here again, I really miss calling it home!

Amazing stay in heart of Denver.

Holly was an amazing and responsive host. The studio was great. Very clean, right next to the laundry room as well as the apartment building’s fitness center. All right in the heart of Denver with tons of restaurants and things to do. We bought a small card table and turned the walk in closet into a home office to get work done while we were here. Overall great stay that felt like home!

Great studio in the heart of downtown Denver

The space is perfect for an extended stay in Denver! It has everything you need and is close to shopping, businesses and public transportation. I really enjoyed my time there and would be happy to recommend it!

This building is one of the older structures remaining in downtown, and it is exciting to be a part of maintaining a historic property. The Midlands Lofts building is convenient to numerous restaurants, bookstores and shopping, as well as art museums, the entertainment district, the convention center and sports venues.

From the airport, you can easily access this condo via light rail to Union Station, followed by a short, free bus ride on the 16th street mall bus to Glenarm- then walk 1 block to the property. On site complimentary laundry and gym. Utilities and wifi included. Bus stop outside the door; bike, scooter and car rentals within easy walking distance.
