Stayed here for 3 nites and the place was clean, easy to access, great location and although I didn’t meet Scott he was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
I would definitely stay here again!
First let me say that the property is very clean and well kept and Scott does a great job keeping things stocked. I knocked a star off the rating because I had been clear when I made the reservation that I was in transition looking for an apt. I found one and had to move in with 2 wks left on my rental and Scott never offered to reimburse me for any of that. I understand a reservation is business but 2 weeks is a lot and it would have helped me out to even get half that money back. So in actuality I saved nothing from booking a hotel with a kitchen. Heads up... If you're tall like me the space feels a bit cramped, especially the little shower, otherwise everything else was a delight.
Stayed here while visiting my son in Denver. I was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was very quick and we had no issues. Very convenient to a lot of good restaurants and would recommend and stay here again!
Comfortable space with all you need for a long work stay. Scott was great with communication and the place was clean and comfortable and well appointed for remote work. Brekley area was quiet and had lots of close dining, drinking, and shopping options. Highly recommend!
So many things close by, and the neighborhood was so cute! Everything was as described, kitchen had everything and more that I needed which was fantastic because being able to cook was my main concern on this trip. The balcony was so peaceful on early mornings. Would highly recommend and will stay again if possible on other trips!!

Thanks McKenzie!! It was a pleasure meeting you guys and thanks again for taking amazing care of my place!! I hope our paths cross again!!
Great communication, enjoyable, location perfect, awesome neighborhood, huge TV. We went to the Post Oak BBQ restaurant which was delicious just a short walk away.
I couldn't have asked more from Scott and his place in Denver. Great neighborhood, excellent location with instant access to I-70, and his place is the perfect getaway spot for someone visiting the area. This was my first time visiting Colorado and Scott made things so easy as a host. I'd recommend this place to anyone and rest assured you're in good hands. I also want to thank Eleanor, his dog, and there are always treats on hand to give her. What more can I say. This was the experience of a lifetime and Scott made an out of town guest feel at home.

Thanks for your kind words Charles!! It was an absolute pleasure having you stay. Thanks again for taking such great care of the place and I recommend Charles to all VRBO owners!!
Absolutely amazing place to stay, will definitely stay again next time I'm in the Denver area. There are so many great spots nearby, and it's easy to get downtown as well.
The listing is exactly as described, and there were zero surprises. Communication with the owner was amazing, and always available for questions/concerns. One of my favorite parts was the mood lighting and the outdoor balcony. We had breakfast and late night talks out there, and it was both beautiful and peaceful.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a private place that has good amenities. The small kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to cook meals, pots, pans, toaster, stovetop, oven, utensils, etc. And if you didn't feel like cooking, there were plenty of places to grab a bite to eat close by.
Thanks for the quiet, cozy, and amazing stay! :)
