Villa Verde - Luxurious Ocean and Mountain View Villa

Gorgeous mid-century modern villa with ocean and mountain views. Sits perched atop a hill, far removed from any freeway noise, with 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Santa Ynez mountains on the other.

Beautiful wrap-around front and back decks with comfy patio furniture for sunbathing, reading, outdoor meals, tea, or cocktails.

Comfortable for families. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Newly renovated with modern appliances and full washer/dryer, modern kitchen, high-speed WiFi, cable, and Netflix.

15 minute walk down to Summerland beach and 6 minute walk to center of town with cafés, restaurants, shops, and wine tastings.

Note: for additional security, there is an outdoor security camera located on the outside of the house, on the SW corner, facing the street. The front patio and the walkway to the street are visible from this camera.

The home was perfect for my annual weekend away with a friend. There was a lot of outdoor space, which allowed us to visit but also retreat for reading or whatever else. It was a 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to the main street of Summerland, which had several great shops and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Most of all, the communication, responsiveness and flexibility with the owner was maybe the best I've had in all my VRBO experiences.

Darling home with three bedroom and two baths. Great location with peekaboo view of water and mountains behind you. Home very well stocked . I came with my two besties for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. Had few snags with getting in and locks but home owner was so wonderful to work with and kind. The house is stunning. It was so comfortable. So beautifully appointed. Well stocked kitchen, all the cooking utensils you need to cook a meal. Very clean, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. The owners were super responsive and very nice. I would happily stay here again. In fact would considering visiting again just to stay here.

Beautiful Get Away

We loved staying at Villa Verde. We rented it for my work team to stay, while working in Santa Barbara and it was truly the perfect location. Besides being well appointed it was a beautiful relaxing get away for my team. We look forward to staying again.

Cute Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip. Close to downtown Santa Barbara and the funk zone and all of the amazing restaurants. We were able to relax and enjoy all of the beautiful outdoor spaces this home has to offer. The hosts were amazing and I would stay here again!!!

Beautiful Home in a cute little town

This house had everything we needed for a great week in the Santa Barbara area. Maxim and Vinita are incredible hosts. Very helpful with local recommendations and very responsive. Not that you really need to contact them. This house was one of the best stocked places I’ve ever stayed. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable. There are games. And the deck with view of the Pacific is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home and in Summerland and it was an easy hop to Santa Barbara. Highly recommend.
