Gorgeous mid-century modern villa with ocean and mountain views. Sits perched atop a hill, far removed from any freeway noise, with 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Santa Ynez mountains on the other.

Beautiful wrap-around front and back decks with comfy patio furniture for sunbathing, reading, outdoor meals, tea, or cocktails.

Comfortable for families. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Newly renovated with modern appliances and full washer/dryer, modern kitchen, high-speed WiFi, cable, and Netflix.

15 minute walk down to Summerland beach and 6 minute walk to center of town with cafés, restaurants, shops, and wine tastings.

Note: for additional security, there is an outdoor security camera located on the outside of the house, on the SW corner, facing the street. The front patio and the walkway to the street are visible from this camera.

This is a wonderfully peaceful and comfortable home. The living space is very bright with great windows and a fabulous gas fireplace. the outdoor spaces charming, with great seating. The landscaping is lush! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. It sits up high above the highway, so you can’t hear it and the views are lovely! Beds are firm and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The owners are very gracious!!

The home was perfect for my annual weekend away with a friend. There was a lot of outdoor space, which allowed us to visit but also retreat for reading or whatever else. It was a 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to the main street of Summerland, which had several great shops and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Most of all, the communication, responsiveness and flexibility with the owner was maybe the best I've had in all my VRBO experiences.

Darling home with three bedroom and two baths. Great location with peekaboo view of water and mountains behind you. Home very well stocked .
