Bright and Airy 2 bedroom apt over looking Sippican Harbor and Bardens Boat Yard. Right in the Middle of Marion Village. Walk to everything!, shops, yacht club, tennis, croquet, general store, marina, TABOR Academy

The Apt is located on the second floor above another apt and a garage. Has two bedrooms.1br with queen and 1br with two twins (2 singles) The lower apt is also furnished 1br apt (taborsuite) with kitchenette etc sleeps 4 also in queen and foldout sofa bed. Built in 1903 it was the carriage house for the main house on Front street.

Marion is a quaint seaside town which was once the prime summer playground for the wealthy. Still an affluent area it has all the charm and history of a New England town. Its quiet and great for walking and admiring the historic homes

both upper and lower apts Also available for winter rental at discounted price. >4 month.

The carriage house was cozy in the fall weather and a great location to walk to the general store, sandwich shop and other beautiful spots.

This is the second time I have stayed here. It's perfect for what I needed. It is very basic - no amenities in the bathroom and no extras (like TP).

Quiet neighbourhood but lots to see around the area

Just off the main road in Marion overlooking the boatyard and Harbor. Very clean apart from the oven which I reported back to the owner. Very comfy beds and everything there we needed. General store and Kate’s cafe opposite both worth a visit. Short walk to beach.

Tabor Terrific

Very easy walk to Tabor Academy. Nice view of the boat yard from living room with wrap around windows. Big kitchen although we didn’t need it. Host was responsive. Bring your own shampoo and soap.

Loved it!

The property was just as described. Phil, who was my contact person, made it particularly outstanding. He was incredibly responsive to every little question or issue that came up. Moving in, i had what I would describe as minor issues, but he responded immediately even though he was in Italy. New bathroom was lovely. View of the harbor was beautiful. I highly recommend this spot.

This was the perfect spot for us. Right in downtown Marion. Two bedrooms. Nice view of the harbor. Short walk to Tabor! Could not have asked for better!

Great location, views of ocean, immaculte home

We enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. It is located near Tabor academy in quaint Marion village. The owner was very helpful. The general store and Kates coffee are across the street. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. Back room has views of the water.
