This spacious and quiet apartment is the perfect place to visit Rome, where you will be within walking distance of the most important places in the city. Spend your days walking through the splendid antiquities of the Eternal City and come home with a fully renovated, equipped kitchen and free wi-fi to stay connected and watch a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. You will be in the heart of Rome's Esquilino district, less than a kilometer from the Roma Termini train hub (the main train station). You will be very close to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, Monti's great shops and restaurants, and the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (one of the four papal basilicas of Rome). Equipped with a washing machine (no dryer). Check-ins are offered after 8.00 pm until 0.00 with a 40,00 euro extra cost

Great large apartment close to everything

Very nice apartment, we were 5 adults. Close to restaurants, shops and sights. Property manager was very helpful and available.

This apartment was lovely and within an easy walk to some of Rome’s main attractions. One very small complaint was that there was no spare toilet paper, dishwashing liquid or garbage bags. Otherwise the apartment is large and perfect for families. The heating is amazing.

The apartment is very well located, close to metro and bus stations (and 15 minutes walk to Termini), comfortable beds, air conditioning (very important as we had days with 41ºC). I think it could have a mop and washing up liquid and a microwave. The apartment was clean except for the floor. The experience was positive.

Great location

The location of the property was central for us and we had supermarkets and the bus close by. Check in was fine and we were met at the apartment. Unfortunately the jug wasn’t clean and we were not able to use that for our 8 day stay and had to boil water in saucepan. There were no butter knives only sharp steak knives which made buttering bread challenging but we managed. There was also no toilet paper until we purchased some, which is an oversight. The beds were very firm which is just personal preference but not mine. I think overall it was a decent size and close to attractions. A dishwasher would be a good investment for the apartment.

Short Walk to Colosseum and Train Station

The listing was very accurate. The three bedrooms was perfect retreat for 4 nights. Plenty of space to stretch out and have some down time. Air conditioning worked great, but the unit in the bedroom off the living room was leaking water. We placed the kitchens 5 qrt kettle below it to catch the water. Had to empty twice a day. Contacted host and never received a response. Grocery store and dining options less than 2 blocks away. The streets were not crowded at the beginning of July. The apartment is located within a 12 minute walk to the Colosseum and train station. Would recommend this place if you want a peaceful stay in Rome.
