This apartment for rent in Rome near Colosseum and Roman Forum is elegantly furnished and it is made up of 2 bedrooms with a King size bed, a 3rd bedroom with a king size bed or 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower (plenty of hot water), a living room/kitchen with sofa-bed, table and chairs. The apartment has been recently redone and can welcome up to 9 people. Other 20 people can be accommodated in 3 apartments in the same building. This apartment, quiet and comfortable, can suit your needs: relax, rest and fun.

LOCATION

The home's position is enviable; this holiday home is located in the heart of the Ancient Rome very close to the most important monument of the Eternal City, the Colosseum also known as the Flavian Amphitheater, and the Roman Forum. From here you can easily reach the other areas of the historical centre on foot or by bus and tram that conveniently stop very close to the building, or if you prefer, by Metro/Subway (line A and B) at the nearby stops of 'Manzoni' or 'Colosseo’. So, it very simple to get to the Vatican and St. Peter’s, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, etc. The neighborhood is full of local restaurants and pizzerias. A Supermarket open 24 hours and 7 days is just 5 minutes far from the apartment. A small convenient store open till midnight is located in the building.

Very good find

Paolo is the BEST! He has great communication before and during the stay. The apartment is plenty big for 3 couples and even had another trundle bed to fit 2 more people. Having two bathrooms was great. Another great feature is there is air conditioning in each room and a lift in the building. The apartment allowed for my father to use his walker which was so important. We were hoping to have the washer work and unfortunately it didn't very well. Paolo did what he could to get it fixed. The location is a short 10 min walk from the Colosseum. It's quiet at night. The beds are firm but comfortable and clean. The AC worked great in each room. The apartment has charm and everything you need to stay for 3 nights or for a month. USE Paolo to set up your transfers!! It made our life so easy and was usually cheaper. We can't say enough good abt working with him.

Rome + Colesseum = Perfection

If you are looking for a comfortable stay just a short walk away from the Colesseum and Roman Forum, this is the place for you. Paolo was an excellent host, easy to contact and full of great tips for enjoying our stay. The apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable. You are just steps away from experiencing beautiful Rome!

Comfy convenient apartment near Colosseum

We loved our stay here. Paolo was so accommodating and helpful to us. We needed to check in early and he made arrangements for our bags to be stored ahead of time and then transferred to the apartment. He also arranged our transport to the airport. The apartment was so comfortable. The location is great as we were in walking distance to the Colosseum, a host of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores and a beautiful park. We highly recommend this place.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stary at the property. Location was excellent and Paolo provided so much helpful information. He also allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful and much apprciated. my only potential negative is that there is not much of an area to gather, but we spent most of our time out exploring Rome, so no big deal. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for the 5 of us! The 3 bedrooms were very spacious! The two bathrooms with a shower in each was very helpful! The location was great and the elevator was a necessity for my elderly parents. But the best part was the host! After losing our flights on delta due to the Microsoft issue, my parents are getting into Rome much earlier than us, which impacted the car service Paulo had booked for us and when we would check into the apartment. I contacted him and he took care of ensuring my parents got from the airport to the apartment. He was so caring and accommodating, even getting them into the air conditioned apartment a little early. We would totally come back and definitely recommend this apartment to others of all ages! Thank you - this apartment will always house special memories for us (2 adults, 1 teenager, and grandma and grandpa)

Fantastic Experience!

Paolo was so attentive to our needs, book the transfers from train to apartment and to the airport. He was always available for questions and provided us with knowledge on restaurants and booking local excursions. The apartment was great, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. We would definitely recommend this apartment for visitors to Rome and have already given the information to friends who plan on visiting Rome. Thanks for a great stay in Rome!

Taking our Mothers to Rome

Paolo’s place was perfect for our trip to Rome with our Mothers. There was plenty of room for the four of us and each mom had their own room with a king bed, as did my husband and I. We appreciated two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen area to prepare meals and play cards. The elevator was an essential addition for our aging parents. Step out the door and look right at the colloseum. Location was fantastic! Paolo was so helpful with arranging transportation from to and from the airport and with assisting us to choose tours. Thank you so much Paolo for giving us all the perfect spot to make life long memories.

Great time at Paolo’s pad

6 family members stayed here after our Mediterranean cruise. All were in agreement that this VRBO was as advertised. Great location and easy walking distance to the sites. Wish we could stay longer!!

This apartment was perfect for the 7 of us, close/walking distance to most places or an easy scooter ride. So close to historic sites but with a feel of local living. Paolo was fabulous in his communication, assistance with transit and recommendations for everything we needed! We were only here for a couple days due to a family wedding, and we had a fabulous time. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

A Perfect Base During Our Visit to Rome

Our small group (4 over 60-year olds) just finished a truly wonderful stay in Paolo’s wonderful apartment. The location of the property couldn’t be more perfect-within easy (10 minutes) walking distance of the Colosseum but situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was exactly as advertised-perfectly clean with much appreciated air conditioning and elevator. Our communication with Paolo was flawless-he provided a list of recommended restaurants (Li Rioni Pizzeria was flat out amazing) and arranged affordable transport from the airport and to the train station. Our communication with Paolo was superb-he answered every message quickly to our complete satisfaction. I would unhesitatingly recommend Paolo’s apartment to anyone who is interested in visiting Rome.

This property is in an excellent location and we had an awesome experience. The property had everything we needed and was all set up and clean when we got there. We wanted a common room for my family of 6 and this kitchen area provided that! Smooth check in process and good communication with property owner. We lost our bags on the airline and he was amazing with communicating with us and helping us get our bags back. Thank you for a wonderful VRBO experience! We had a fabulous time in Rome and Paolo’s apartment was perfect for our group of 7. Location so great and easy to navigate. Paolo was very helpful, even when one of our bags was lost on the flight over, and he gave a very thorough list of nearby restaurants, groceries, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Gateway to the Sights of Rome

Our first time in Rome so we wanted to see it all and this was the ideal location. We did early breakfasts at the apartment to fuel full days of sightseeing. Good supermarket steps away and a short walk to the Colliseum. Close by subway stop gave us quick access to everything. Lots of good restaurants nearby with excellent suggestions from Paolo. Oh and we saw it all in Rome.
