We had a fantastic holiday in Moncrieff House.

We had a fantastic holiday in Moncrieff House. House was clean, cosy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well.

Absolutely beautiful house, great location and a lovely sunny garden.

Absolutely beautiful house, great location and a lovely sunny garden.Excellent towels and bed linen, everything was of a high standard plus a really efficient cooker ( could have been a bit cleaner in the oven ) and good kitchen equipment.We will definitely be back in the future, we had such a lovely stay.

Moncrieff House has been tastefully renovated and is spacious, very well-equipped, warm and ideally

Moncrieff House has been tastefully renovated and is spacious, very well-equipped, warm and ideally situated for all local amenities. Falkland has, since our last visit, lost 2 of its 3 pubs and a very good cafe, but still has plenty to offer visitors. We loved our stay in Moncrieff House and would recommend it to anyone. We hope to return one day.

House has been decorated to a high standard although in very dark colours which made the property oppressive.The beds/bedding are of very high quality.We did contact owners regarding the boiler temperature settings as the hot water was scalding hot but didn't get a response.
