This property was as described. Modern, clean, spacious. The host, Mirko, was very responsive to questions and informative. The apartment is in a nice quiet residential area that is conveniently just a quick 5 min walk to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, shops, etc. There is good security to the property, and we felt very safe and at home there. Highly recommended!
There are two crucial things to know about this place: First, the bedrooms and both showers are at the bottom of a VERY steep set of stairs, which is not clear from the photos. Second, if you are an American, note that in the UK a king sized bed is smaller than an American queen (they added dimensions to the listing after I complained.)The property also got very hot in the recent heat wave, and the big white fans don't work well.To their credit, the team communicates well and were quick to address issues that they were able to address (eg they sent us a new fan that was very small but worked better). Also the location is great - close to the tube, on a quiet street but with blocks of shops and restaurants nearby.
