Location and air conditioner made all the difference. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Local cafe right by front door was delicious and just the way I like to start my day. Also there were a number of different restaurants right on the street. Had unreasonable warm weather and the air conditioner made it very comfortable.

It was the perfect fit for our family of four—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up so we could relax after long days of exploring the city. It was conveniently close to all the places we wanted to visit, making it simple to get around and maximize our time in London. Exceptionally clean, fresh; air conditioning worked great. Conveniently located near Victoria Station for ease of public transportation or walkable to major attractions. Coffee shops, eateries and groceries nearby. Would definitely recommend.

this flat was great— the floor could’ve been cleaner and the bathroom definitely needs a bleach spruce, the walls need a touch up, and the decor is a bit random, but the beds were so amazingly comfortable, the air conditioning was easy to manage, the location was perfect. we had what we needed. it was an ideal set up for exposition london. I don’t understand why people complain about stairs, do they not understand that they’re coming to a big city? i didn’t think it was that many stairs anyway. our hot water went out and they resolved it within the day. Their friend Alex met us at the flat and let us in was very friendly and helpful. i think we’d stay again, though having not cooked i’m not sure how well stocked the little kitchen is.

The location and the air conditioning won for this apartment! It was easy to get anywhere in London via Victoria station. There were great restaurants and grocery near by. Two coffee shops just down stairs. After a long walking day and at night, the air conditioning worked without issues. No where in the description states that it is a 4th floor walk-up flat. We were fine with this, but could impact some staying there. The apartment was a worn but mostly clean. The bathroom had a few cracked floor tiles and dingy grout/transitions at the shower barrier. Attention should be brought to this area. It would be hard to fit more than 4 people into this apartment as the sleeping sofa would take all your seating for relaxing. Overall, the location is the perk of the apartment.

Excellent location in central London

This is an excellent apartment. Close to Buckingham Palace and the Big Ben. Its proximity to Victoria Station helps to be able to explore the other areas of London easily. Be aware of the narrow stairs to get to the flat. The unit was clean, well maintained and with AC in all rooms which is great in the hot summer days.

Loved this unit for myself and 2 friends. I would recommend it and I would stay here again. We each had our own separate spaces (one room only had a pullout couch but we were fine with that). A/C felt great! Only downfall was there was no elevator for dragging luggages up and down (but I'm just a spoiled American). The host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.
