Property was finished nicely and had a nice patio. Hosts were wonderful. Beds were terrifically uncomfortable and closets were full of host's "stuff" and left little room for guests' clothing. Wi/Fi was also very errartic.
Lovely little place. On a quiet street and the space is nicely renovated and clean. Pet friendly (we brought our small dog) and we walked almost everywhere. Courtyard is beautiful- the weather kept us from enjoying sitting outside it but it's a lovely spot to gather. Would happily return!
We loved this house! Well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor area with calming fountain. Parking was always easy. Location was great. Kids loved the park across the street. Charming old building. Loved!
We were here to evacuate hurricane Milton. The house is really lovely. There is a small garden with water fountain great spot for morning coffee. Location is amazing! We walked everywhere from the house. Quiet square just across the street.
Wonderful little place on a quiet street. It was within walking distance of most places, so it was a great place to park and explore from. I wish the downstairs had blinds in the kitchen as the two kids staying on the pull out couch didn't get the best sleep. Overall, very pretty and comfortable stay!
Renovated townhome with everything needed for a cozy stay in Savannah! Cute courtyard to sit and have wine, neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe, Crawford square is right out the front door. Walking distance to many restaurants/bars, convenient location.
Loved our stay in this cozy and charming home. It had everything we needed including cooking utensils and basic cooking staples like oil and salt. The bedding was comfortable and the private courtyard was stunning. It was right across from a small square where I was able to walk my dog. We walked everywhere and only had to take an Uber once/twice due to rain. Great location and super amazing host.
This house was adorable! The location was very walkable too. My corgi loved access to the square for walks. The patio is also lovely. I wish it hadn’t rained so much, or we would have eaten all our meals out there.
This was our first time visiting Savannah and we had a wonderful time! The location was great and we were able to easily walk or Uber to places. The house was perfect for my husband, dog, and myself. Would definitely recommend.
Great boutique apartment - tucked away in historical district
The property description was exactly correct. We only stayed for 1 night, as we were passing through the area. This charming 2 bedroom/2 story apartment was in a great location in the historic district, but off the beaten path. We hadn't been to Savannah in several years and travelling with the kiddos now, we were looking for a quiet place with a short distance from the main river area. Apartment was very clean and had everything needed. The little patio in the back was great as well. There is a courtyard just across the street for walking the pup, who joined us as well. To note for other families - steps to the 2nd level are wooden and steep; if you have small kiddos or a small dog, you may want to bring a gate or way to block off stairs access. We enjoyed our stay!
Property was in a great location to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Savannah. Host was great, keeping us updated and ensuring our stay was excellent. Would definitely recommend this spot for your next trip to Savannah.
We had a really great time at this property. Jackie was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. She even allowed us to get in a little bit early since the cleaning was already done. Communication about how to get into the property was good. Comfortable beds. great location. Would stay here again
We come to Savannah for our youngest daughters birthday almost every year. We loved the Savannah Haven. Perfect inside & out. Location near cemetery is where we like to stay. We had a great visit. Would love to stay here again next year.

I recommend this rental as it’s ideally suited to walk to the best of Savannah. Close to the River front, next to a beautiful park/plaza, close to Jones street, close to the Andrew Low house and many cafes/restaurants.
The outdoor seating complete with owls is fantastic and the neighborhood cats are friendly. Also, the kitchen would be fun to cook in and the communication from the host was good. The off street parking was full, however, we easily found on-street parking right in front of our door. The twelve dollar per day parking seemed worth it.
The townhouse was easy to find and cute and clean. The beds were very comfortable! The street was quiet for a Saturday night. Slept well. Jacquelyn was very helpful when I had a few questions. Thank you for your hospitality!
Small but adorable! Lots of old Savannah charm. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Wonderful location we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Host responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay again.
I am a real estate agent who lives in Boston and is from Atlanta. I went to school at Georgia Southern and long for my southern roots, hence the home on Perry street as my part time residence.
Why they chose this property
Fell in love w/ this historic home at first sight. So charming, although the home did need tons of renovations. What a labor of love! I never intended to purchase a home in savannah and was talked into looking at few homes and viola, here comes Perry street right along!
What makes this property unique
Being right on the square AND having wonderful neighbors sealed the deal for me to purchase this great home. From the tropical courtyard, to the original pine floors, I knew this house was for me!
