The house was ok and location was good as it was close to the beach. There was only one AC unit for the whole floor and that was a bit of an issue as we had to leave all doors open when we slept. Also, the pin on Google maps we got was not the correct one and finding the villa in the dark was not easy.

Thank you Guillaume for sharing your feedback. 😊 We’re glad you appreciated the location and the proximity to the beach. We’re sorry that the air conditioning arrangement was not ideal for your stay and that finding the property in the dark was more difficult than expected. To make arrival as simple as possible, we also send our guests a WhatsApp message with an explanatory video showing how to reach the villa and access the property, precisely to avoid any difficulties with the location details. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue to improve the experience for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future! 🌿 Best regards, Estay Team
