Wonderful Place

A lovely house in a nice location with excellent amenities. It was a pleasurable stay and I would recommend this house as a nice spot for exploring the beauty of this area.

A lovely nice house with a nice garden

We had a great stay in the lovely house. Near the house were little beaches and we made nice trips to other very nice places. The highlight was Porto Flavia!

Great Stay

Jody’s place is sublime and even better than it appears in photos. The private yard and outdoor space is stunning. The house is super comfortable and well equipped. We explored most of the south side of Sardinia and felt that Teulada was the best location for many reasons. Book your stay today!

Perfect House and Position

We did a road trip around the island of Sardinia and stayed in many places. Jody's house was by far the best. Super clean, bright and beautiflly decorated. We had first class treatment from the moment we arrived. We can only recommend you book this place if you want to discover a wonderful part of the island away from all the tourists.

Our best holiday ever!!

The house is so beautiful. It is even better than the photographs. Everything is new and the house has been completely refubished. Just two minutes from the crystal blue sea and within easy reach of some of the best beaches in Sardinia. There are two fish restaurants a few minutes drive from the house and the charming town of Teulada is only ten minutes away where you have so many bars and restautants. We have already booked to come back next year.

5 wonderful weeks

We rented Jody’s house for 5 weeks and loved every minute! We are a family of 5 with 3 small kids and had another family to stay for the last week. Although the house is small for two families, it is perfectly designed and so comfortable, it never felt cramped. The house is charming with some really gorgeous, homely touches and we were very happy to stay for this length of time here. Jody and Emanuela were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them and this made the whole experience so easy. We appreciated their help so much. The surrounding beaches are glorious with a relaxed and unspoilt atmosphere. We would recommend this place to anyone. We had a wonderful holiday with enduring memories!

Lovely Winter Break

We decided to escape the winter months of North Europe and spend some time touring South Sardian where the temps are still 20 degrees during the day. We stayed in many places but Jody's place was far the best. Extremely clean, bright and just on the coast. The stove. a big reason for our choice, but was never used once. Beautifully decorated inside and out. We spent out 5 days relaxing abd listening to he nature in complete peace. If you are looking for some time away from the stresses of life but have the option to arrive in many small towns in no time at all than this is the place for you. Thanks Jody. We will be back in the summer.

a jewel hidden in the mediterranean macchia

This is a fantastic property, recently and perfectly refurbished with an architectural touch and high-end fixtures. We absolutely loved every detail. Meticulously clean, the furniture is new, excellent kitchen, air conditioning and insulation work very well, the patio is lovely, the garden is tasteful and well kept, the location is absolutely quiet and the level of privacy very high... everything is just right. The property is part of a tiny ensemble of small houses, tucked away some 200 meters from the main road, which we never heard. You can reach a rocky beach by foot in five minutes, otherwise a vast selection of sandy beaches and coves is disseminated along the coast road. You can park your car beneath a tree just outside the entrance to the house, a detail which makes life easier. We communicated easily and efficiently with both the owner and the realtor, who have both been totally nice and helpful, and never intruded. For us, a family of five, there was not a single negative aspect to our stay, which, in our experience, is rare.

Ein sehr hübsches Haus, super Ausstattung, vorallem in der Küche hat es alles, was man braucht und mehr, gute Betten. Den Grill haben wir gern genutzt. Wunderschöner Garten, der obere Teil ist sehr verwachsen und nicht mehr zu benutzen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorrangend, auch mit der Vertretung vor Ort. Der nächste, schöne Strand ist Porto Tramatzu, 10 min mit dem Auto

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und Betreuung vor Ort war absolut zuverlässig und freundlich. Wunderschöne Strände sind in ca. 10 Autominuten zu erreichen, der nächste etwas größere Supermarkt in knapp 20 Minuten. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein wirklich tolles, liebevoll und sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus. Es liegt ganz einsam und ruhig, man kann mit offenen Fenstern schlafen und hört nur die Vögel morgens. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, was wir sehr praktisch fanden zu viert. Alles ist sehr hochwertig, aus massivem Holz oder Stein, gute Matratzen, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, mit Messern, die auch schneiden ;). Es gibt eine kleine Bucht, zu der man in 5 Minuten gelaufen ist, da kann man gut morgens reinspringen, für längere Strandaufenthalte eignen sich eher andere Strände, von denen es aber sehr viele in der Umgebung gibt, der nächste ist ca 15 Minuten entfernt neben dem Hafen. Ein kleiner Tipp für alle, die wie wir mit dem E-Auto unterwegs sind: Es gibt extrem wenige Charger auf Sardinien und diejenigen, die es gibt, sind oft ausgesprochen langsam und laden nur mit 22kW. Man sollte sich rechtzeitig darum kümmern , einen funktionierenden Charger zu finden und außerdem die App BeaglePlug runterladen, die funktioniert oft.

Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem Garten. Küche ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sogar eine Siebträgermaschine für perfekten Kaffee zum Frühstück. Lage perfekt in ruhiger Umgebung, ab und zu hört man die Motorräder vorbei fahren, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen mit einem tollen Einrichtungsstil und top Ausstattung.Gute Betten und Matratzen. Schönes grünes Grundstück für uns alleine. Viel Ruhe in der Natur. Unsere beiden Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt und wären gern noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank Jody!

Si vous chercher un nid douillé et tranquille vous l'avez trouvé. La maison et superbe et très calme. L'équipement et complet. l 'accueil c 'est très bien passé et nous avons pu découvrir la Sardaigne du sud. les plages superbes sont à 10 minutes en voiture ains que le village. nous avons adoré le coin et nous pensons revenir. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen, weil es richtig gut aufgeteilt ist und noch dazu sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aus den Duschen kommt ein angenehmer Strahl, und der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Eins der Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Moskitonetz am Fenster. Und der nächste wirklich tolle Strand ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt (Spiaggia Tramatzu). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

«Sehr gut ausgestattetes wunderschönes und wirklich ruhig gelegenes Haus mit praktisch allem was man im Haushalt benötigt. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Die gesamte Unterkunft mitsamt des Gartens war sehr sauber, das Interieur modern und bequem. Bei Fragen, Tips oder benötigter Unterstützung waren Emanuelaund Jody jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft wirklich genossen. Die Bilder auf der Webseite zeigen, wie es wirklich aussieht.»

Très jolie maison , bien décorée, bien équipée aussi.Très bon emplacement pour visiter les plages sauvages de la région et la campagne. Seul petit bémol sur l'annonce on ne comprend pas qu'il y a d'autres maisons à côté mais nous reviendrions avec plaisir. C'était une belle découverte

Pace e tranquillità

Tutto molto bello! Una casa stupenda con un bel giardino. Super privata.La posizione è veramente strategica! Vicinissima al mare e in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle!Jody è stato molto gentile e disponibile!Dovessimo tornare in questa zona alloggeremo sicuramente a casa di Jody!!!

Kleines Juwel

Großartiges verstecktes Juwel an der Südküste. Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, großer Fernseher, WLAN, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Großer Garten mit Außendusche und schönem Esstisch auf der Terrasse. In 10 Minuten mit dem Auto gelangt man nach Teulada mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Einen kleinen Strand kann man zu Fuß erreichen, die großen Sandstrände sind nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt (der Favorit unserer Familie: Porto Tramatzu). Cagliari ist etwa eine Stunde über die Küstenstraße entfernt, mit großartigen Aussichtspunkten. Nachts hört man das Meer rauschen und kann wunderbar in die Sterne schauen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank Jody!

Wunderschön

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Ottimo

La casa è bellissima, arredata con attenzione a tutti i dettagli, ed estremamente privata. Super pulita. Il giardino è ordinato, grande e pieno di vegetazione fantastica. Il suono delle onde la sera era così rilassante. La posizione a Teulada è ottima, 10 minuti in macchina dal centro sulla meravigliosa costa. Il proprietario e l'agenzia sono inoltre gentilissimi e super disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato.
