Had a fantastic few days here with friends. The only thing I could say is it could do we a good dusting. No washing machine though say their is on the listings. The door on the on suite doesn’t close properly. Could do with some baking trays for cooking. We had a fabulous time time. Great location.

Dear Michelle, Thank you so much for taking the time to review Tracara on the Norfolk Broads. We do apologise for the ensuite door that would not close properly - thank you so much for pointing this out. Our caretaker has now replaced the broken door knob. We have asked our cleaners to make sure they dust thoroughly. The washing machine is in an out house, the key was hanging by the table with a tag. I am sorry that you didn’t find the oven trays, but they were in a kitchen cupboard. We are very pleased that you have pointed out a few things to us, as we realise that August is a very busy month for our Cleaners, and I think a few things are missed and trays are put in the wrong cupboards et cetera. We are making a point of going in after each. Guest has left to make sure our Cleaners keep on top of cleanliness. We do hope to welcome you again soon. Kindest regards Eleanor & Neville Tracara Norfolk Broads
