Absolutely lovely place to stay. The area is beautiful and having a little trip down the River to Wroxham was just the icing on the cake. We would love to return again some time. Thank you for having us.
The space is lovely. Right on the river. Having the use of the boat and canoe was fantastic. The hot tub was lovely and easy for people to get in and out of because of the decking. The games room was a great addition. Location was excellent. Overall a great place to stay.
We had a fabulous holiday in this lovely, quirky property. The location is absolutely brilliant and we really enjoyed the use of the day-boat to go into Wroxham and to explore some of the Broads. The house is lovely, however the outside area of the property is a little tired and some of the outdoor furniture could do with being replaced. The property owner was really helpful and was very quick to help with the 2 small issues we had during our stay. A really lovely holiday!
Fantastic location provision of a boat was a major benefit. Weather was exceptional which really made our stay memorable. Property very quirky. Hot tub good

Why they chose this property
A review from a guest who left on 1st July 2019 .... We have just returned from Southover on the third holiday in a row, the location and the cottage will be hard to beat ( I would challenge anyone to try). One must also consider the use of the boat, included in the price, if anyone is considering a broads cottage holiday then put Southover at the top of your list. We have booked again for 2020 and we know we will have another fantastic holiday. PS Good luck if you try, the dates will go quickly.
