The "Delfín 1" apartment gets its name because it's right by the sea in "El Perelló," 25 kilometres from Valencia.<br>Upon entering the “Delfín 21” apartment, you’ll find a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a sofa, a TV, and a dining table. A door on the left leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to cook and eat, just like at home.<br>The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom at the end of the hallway has a double bed (150x190). The other bedroom is next to it and has two 90x190 beds. Both bathrooms are located in the hallway and feature showers.<br>The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning in every room.<br>The parking space is at street level and is spacious.<br>And the beach is just around the corner, a minute away from the apartment<br><br>El Perelló is a seaside town surrounded by La Albufera, which belongs to the municipality of Sueca. It is 25 kilometres from Valencia and just 15 kilometres from Cullera. Bus No. 25 will take you to city centre Valencia in about half an hour.<br><br>In El Perelló, there are several supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, and many small shops. If you come to El Perelló, you must try the local tomatoes: they’re a high-quality, locally grown product.<br><br>You can reach Valencia via a road that crosses La Albufera Natural Park—a truly special place. La Albufera is a freshwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea (El Saler Beach) by a long forest and white sand dunes called Dehesa de El Saler, which are about 1 kilometre wide. This is one of the few places in the world where you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the same spot on the water. La Albufera was designated a SPA (Special Protection Area for Birds) in 1986 and a SCI (Site of Community Importance) because all kinds of birds migrating from Northern Europe to Africa to spend the winter stop at La Albufera to rest.<br><br>
