Urban Oasis & Private Terrace.
It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a complete modern kitchen, dining room and attached to the living room with access to a beautiful terrace.
Located in a quiet area, next to the train station Joaquin Sorolla (Ave) with all services nearby and you can move walking to the center.
Six people can be comfortably accommodated in the apartment. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed of 1'40 × 2 m. apart from the two rooms
It has all the furniture that a house may need to feel comfortable. With a beautiful kitchen attached to the living room with access to a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy the temperature of Valencia.
All the services of the apartment are available for the guests
. A beautiful house completely renovated and updated.
The guests will be received upon arrival, giving them all the information they request and we will provide them with the description of the area. They will be dismissed at the time of their departure.
The apartment has information leaflets of the area and emergency list
