Inside the Apartment:

This bright 25m² studio sits on the second floor of a residential building without an elevator. The main room serves as a flexible living, dining, or remote work space and is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV and dining area.

Enjoy 1 Gbps Wi-Fi – perfect for streaming or video calls.



Kitchen & Essentials:

The kitchen features everything needed for simple meal prep:

Mini fridge, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, Bosch coffee machine, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

You’ll also have access to a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and basic cleaning supplies.



Sleeping & Bath:

The sleeping area faces the street and includes a double bed with a quality mattress.

We provide hotel-grade linens, pillows, duvets, and fresh bath towels.

The private bathroom (off the hallway) includes a shower, sink, and toilet, plus a hairdryer and starter toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap).



Cleanliness & Comfort:

Your comfort and safety matter. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each stay.

Heating is provided during colder months. While there is no A/C, portable fans are available on request (subject to availability).

The Neighborhood:

Le Marais is one of Paris’s most iconic and beloved neighborhoods. Known for its rich history and vibrant culture, it’s home to landmarks such as the Hôtel de Ville (Paris City Hall) and the renowned BHV department store—an essential stop for locals and visitors alike.

A short walk will take you to the breathtaking Place des Vosges, one of the oldest and most beautiful squares in Paris. On sunny days, locals gather here for picnics and children enjoy playing around the fountains. The elegant arcades surrounding the square are lined with art galleries, boutique restaurants, and even the former residence of famed French author Victor Hugo, who penned Les Misérables and The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.

Le Marais is bustling with charm—think cozy cafés, traditional bakeries, and a wide variety of shops. Enjoy a stroll along the Quai de l’Arsenal to spot the iconic Parisian houseboats (péniches), or take a relaxing cruise down the Canal Saint-Martin.

Continue walking past the Bastille and follow the Seine to explore Île Saint-Louis, known for its legendary Berthillon ice cream, and Île de la Cité, home to the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral.

A local favorite is the Promenade Plantée, an elevated green walkway perfect for jogging or leisurely walks with incredible city views.

Le Marais is centrally located with excellent metro access: Arts et Métiers station (Lines 3 & 11) is just steps away, making it easy to explore top attractions like the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, and the Sacré-Cœur. Hop on Line 1 to reach Les Halles, where you can easily connect to both Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from the city center.

Baby Equipment (Available Upon Request):

If you require baby items during your stay, we can provide a travel crib for €50 and a high chair for €50. Should you need both, the total fee is €70. Please make this request once your booking is confirmed so we can prepare accordingly.

Please Note:

The layout, furnishings, or decor of the apartment may differ slightly from what is shown in the photos due to recent improvements, rearrangements, or seasonal updates. Any significant changes will be reflected in the listing description or updated images when possible.

Late Check-in Policy:

If you are not using self check-in and need to be greeted in person by our team to receive keys, a late check-in fee will apply:

- €50 for arrivals between 19:00 and 21:59

- €90 for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:59

- €120 for arrivals after 01:00

These charges are payable in cash (local currency only). Please ensure to notify us in advance via text or email if you anticipate a delay. Late check-ins must be arranged at least 24 hours before arrival and are subject to availability.

Property Access & Management Rights:

Management reserves the right to enter the apartment for necessary reasons such as cleaning, maintenance, safety checks, or showing the unit to prospective tenants. Except in urgent situations, guests will be given reasonable notice before any entry is made.

In emergencies or time-sensitive issues where you cannot be reached, access may occur without prior notice. Scheduled property viewings may take place between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00 when applicable.
