About this property

“CENCIO TERRENO” is a seventeenth-century building adjacent to the Villa, once a convent. located on the ground floor; it consists of a large living room with a fireplace, large dining table and living area with sofa and TV, independent equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and one single. One bathroom has a shower (suitable for special needs) and two bathrooms have bathtubs. The apartment has an outdoor area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, Wi-fi and heating. We have enhanced the original structure by maintaining the terracotta floors, exposed beams and vaults in some rooms. The apartments overlook both the adjacent countryside and an external courtyard. Staying in this magical historic villa was an unforgettable experience. The house feels like a small castle, full of charm and character, with plenty of space and beautifully maintained throughout. One of the absolute highlights was the fascinating and entertaining tour led by Giacomo, who walked us through the estate’s olive oil production facilities. He brilliantly wove in the historical, social, and economic context over time — a truly insightful experience.Breakfasts were delicious, with excellent and friendly service from David. While the air conditioning wasn't particularly powerful, there were plenty of fans to keep things comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and well positioned within the peaceful grounds of the estate.Overall, a fantastic and enriching stay — highly recommended!
