Villa Cinzia is an ancient farmhouse on the outskirts of Florence (7 km), on the Via del Chianti, perched on a hill in the middle of the Florentine countryside where silence allows perfect relaxation.

The villa is surrounded by a large park with 35000mq Olives, Almond a large lawn enclosed by hedges and pines, embellished by vineyards and peach trees, apricot trees, plum trees, apple and cherry trees where guests can stroll and pick fruits.
The large yard is equipped with tables and chairs to fully enjoy the pleasant summer evenings, the old adjacent barn has been transformed into an elegant sandstone environment with kitchen, wood-burning oven for pizza, barbecue and large table and chairs joyous open-air dinners.
In the large garden is a beautiful swimming pool (18mx8m), also well lit at night with an adjacent hot tub suitable as a children's pool with hot outdoor shower near a gazebo with beds, chairs for relaxing. The nearby village of Impruneta is ancient Etruscan origin and is famous for its centuries-old earthenware production, as well as extra virgin olive oil and Chianti wine. The beautiful and spacious central square collects the life of the surrounding area with cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlors, with fairs and festivals of ancient village tradition, as the grape festival, oil, thousand year old Feast of St. Luke, the rifricolona (lanterns) and beer.
For daily purchases the town of Grassina is 1 km, and here we are with shops and services of all kinds and supermarkets.
