Far away from traffic and noise but still only 8 minutes by car to the beach and Fuengirola and 5 minutes to Miramar - One of Spains best shopping centers. This vacation home is nestled in a serene location, yet conveniently close to two charming restaurants and boasts a large public swimming pool, tennis courts, padel courts and a children's playground. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate being in the heart of a premier golfing area, with numerous excellent courses nearby.
A security deposit is required before check-in. It will be refunded immediately after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no damages or issues are found. The deposit is 500 Euro.
