Perfect spot for a birthday get away to see ACDC in concert! Condo was perfect, view from the balcony beautiful, resort in great location. We had the best time and will definitely be back when visiting Tampa!

Great host, great place.

We loved the views from the balcony. The place was well cleaned, equipped with kitchen utensils and amenities. Our host, Christine, give well cleared instructions for check in and check out. We we’ll definitely be coming back for our next vacation.

Rocky Point getaway

Great location in Tampa to get just about anywhere. The property was nice and apartment was very clean and updated. There is a pool right on the water where you can watch Great sunsets. They also have a fun grill and bar at the pool. Everything you need! We would stay again.

The location and condo met our expectations. We did not understand that the washer and dryer were not in the unit, but the laundry room was easily accessible.We will look into renting this unit in the future. Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

This rental was great for the three of us. My 7 yr old son comfortably slept on the pullout. The condo was well equipped, clean with great amenities on the property. Location was important as well. To be able to easily drive to South Tampa. St Pete and Carollwood. I was concerned about being so close to airport but that was not a problem. Very quiet nights. We would definitely rent this unit again! Christine met our every needs and always available for comminications. Thank you!

We had a really great time! There were a few things that we noticed that made us question how well the place was cleaned. There was an open/half drank seltzer can on the ground next to the dresser in our bedroom and pretzel rods under the couch in the living room. The wine opener was broken and the place let us borrow theirs, which I returned at check out. Overall the place was really nice and perfect for the 3 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful. The pool and bar area were lovely. We went to a lot of beaches and didn’t realize how far away everything was. It was nice to come back and have the pool there. All of the workers were really friendly. The hosts communicated information clearly and provided details that we needed for check in and check out.

The condo looks just like the pictures. Very clean. Nicely maintained building and grounds. Only 10 minutes from the airport which was very convenient but not in a flight path which is great. Really good restaurants across the street. All I wanted to do was relax by the pool or on the beach for 3 days and have great dinners out. This was perfect for that!

Overall, this condo was nice. However, the condo is much smaller and more worn than the photos show. The couch has a broken arm, the linen closet door is broken making an odd sound, the bathroom is worn and some fixtures dustier than I would have thought. Supplies were limited, we needed to buy paper towels and tissues. For a weeks time we were given two tabs for the dishwasher. On vacation I don't want to wash dishes. The grounds of the complex are also more worn than the photos show. The restaurant is limited and the food greasy, actually the restaurant kitchen is in a trailer. The people are friendly.

The pool overlooking the bay was exceptional!! The service - food/ beverages was excellent.

The room was laid out very nicely and it was clean. We really enjoyed the pool overlooking the bay. The service at the pool was excellent ! We would definitely stay at this property again.
