Enjoy breathtaking views of Tampa Bay, Florida from our spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium that will accommodate a total of 4 people. You will see it as the perfect blend of tranquil beach living and modern convenience. Come down and take part in Tampa Bay! This condo will make memories the whole family will cherish! It is located directly on the Tampa Bay Rocky Point Island. Its close enough to all the major attractions on the island but far enough away that everyone can get a good night's sleep if they want. Want to go to the beach? The condo is directly on the Tampa Bay water. It is a short drive to Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, and Reddington Beach. More of a pool person? The condo has a large heated swimming pool. Looking for the perfect place to watch the sunset? This condo balcony faces West over the salt flats so you see Nature's nightly show from the comfort of your own place. Want to take the family on a boat ride, jet ski or fish? We know whom to call and get a discounted rate! Wondering what restaurant serves the best frozen cocktails on the island? We can tell you where to go. Want to know what activities are good for young and old alike? We can offer lots of suggestions that will make this the best vacation your family has ever had. A 1 Queen size bedroom with full bathroom. Bathroom contains towels, soaps, hairdryer. TV and spacious closet located in the bedroom. Open living room kitchen area with bar and seating for dining. Full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, with full kitchen utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, and cleaning materials. Living room contains TV and sleeper sofa pullout with a full size bed. The condo also has its own private covered parking spot, so no more hot seats! There are other public access boat ramps nearby. Balcony offers fantastic views!!!! Property has outdoor grills, pool, fitness center, self-serve laundry, and many restaurants surrounding the condo. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar, literally everything! Our calendar is constantly changing, so if you are interested in specific dates that say 'booked' just EMAIL ME TO BE SURE if the condo is available.

I want others to enjoy the unreal sunsets that this beautiful condo has every single day~ summer and winter. I am very courteous of others and have an onsite manager if you need anything... I ask that you just take care of my favorite condo. I believe this world would be different if we just thought of others first. I know you will love the scenery and views! Also, when you rent there are also discounts for boats and jet skis that are available! Just let me know if you are interested!

What makes this property unique
Enjoy driving into a secure gated community on the water where you will be living for your time here at the this waterfront Condo. You can grill your fresh catch/fish at the barbeque grills, lay out on a private beach and then a few steps away walk to your bright open condo. This corner/WATERFRONT unit is located on the THIRD floor near the, pool, bar/restaurant, and due to the location of my unit literally OVERLOOKING TAMPA BAY with nothing but a sunset and water! Sailport Condominiums are conveniently located between downtown Tampa and St Pete/Clearwater. Residents that stay here will enjoy walking and biking trails, sunsets, jet skis, boats, awesome restaurants/bars, basically ANYTHING you can think of! If you are ready to live the waterfront life this Condo is the place!
