The holiday home is also an activity center with many hours of entertainment for the whole family, including table football, electronic darts, and PlayStation3 with games.The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, thereby reducing consumption. The summer house is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, a radio, free high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. Firewood for the stove is available at the house and can be used free of charge. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer with a frost capacity of 60 liters, coffee maker, and dishwasher.Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. There is a washing machine. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, there is an annex with a bunk bed for two people and a double bed (120x200). Perfect for teenagers, etc., who want to retreat and be themselves. The house offers several open terraces with good garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. The cottage is also only about 200 meters from the area's large common area with a playground, petanque court, and table and bench sets. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
