The house is furnished with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra bed on a 3/4 bed in the living room with windows, which provide good light. From here there is access to the garden room and out to the terrace. Renovated kitchen. The house is heated with air / water heat pump. Located on a 726 m & # 178; large plot where there is a landscaped garden where the sun can be enjoyed all day. Ålbæk harbor, with its lovely harbor environment and art in the old shipyards' buildings, is a short walk down the road. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
