Remodelled and refurnished basement apartment located on frontline beach in Urb. Garden Beach. The apartment features 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large open living room and kitchen. Garden Beach is fully gated, offers a large communal swimming pool (seasonal availability) and direct access out onto the beachfront promenade that links Marbella to Estepona. The property is perfectly situated for beach goers and those that enjoy walking along the sea!
The bedroom features a large double bed and plenty of storage space, while the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a dining area with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality of rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining.
The property Air Conditioning (hot and cold) throughout, and has access to unlimited and fast fibre optic WIFI (100mbps).
