A lovely and fully renovated front line apartment located just a few steps from La Rada beach in Estepona centre. It offers one bedroom with a king size bed (160x190cm), a bright and modern living room with dining area for up to four guests and a fully equipped open kitchen with all the appliances you may need for your beach holidays. The lounge area has access to a narrow balcony with outdoor dining area for two guests and views to the centric pedestrian street of Calle Real with plenty of bars and restaurants. The property is fully air-conditioned and is also equipped with a high speed Wifi connection plus a wide package of national and international channels including Sky TV. The property is in a fantastic location, just a few metres from the main beach of Playa de la Rada and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. A car is not needed for this location as everything is within a short walk from the apartment. This is the perfect property for couples looking for a holiday near the sea and close to all facilities.

Great location

Lovely modern flat in an old building on 2nd floor with a lift. It overlooks a street of restaurants but soundproofed when doors are shut. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Great access to the promenade beach and old town streets. Close to shops restaurants and the sea. Perfect apartment for 2 people-well equipped with air conditioning and a little balcony. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Het appartement zelf was geen beachfront, het gebouw wel ! Een beetje misleidend. Het appartement was wel mooi.Maar het is wel prachtig gelegen tegen de strandboulevard en voor en achter het gebouw veel eetgelegenheden en het oude stadsgedeelte achter het gebouw ! Enkel gratis parkeren is daardoor iets moeilijker.Dus wel mooie ligging en voor herhaling vatbaar
