Fantastic Christmas trip.

Great property. Recently refurbished. Location is very ideal with a short walk to the slopes. Parking garage under the property is ideal.

Amazing

We’ve stayed in Comstock Lodge for six years in a row and this is our favorite unit by far. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms, great windows giving beautiful light, new carpet, and - of course - the perfect location just a few minutes walk to the base of skiing. We loved being here.

Exactly as listed. Highly recommend, especially if skiing DV, as silver lake lodge is a short walk away. Would stay here again!

Property manager was superb. Location was fantastic, easy walk to slopes or jump on DV parking lot shuttle. We enjoyed the hot tub every day and thought the kitchen well appointed. Was perfect place and I would rent same place again.

Great Stay in Deer Valley

Fantastic condo for 2 couples. Walk to ski lift base area. Short drive to Park City. Covered parking. Private hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms with king beds and own bathrooms. Would definitely stay again. We had one self inflicted reason to call maintenance, and they rectified the issue in short order.

Deer Valley Stay

Comstock Lodge is a lovely condo. Two bedrooms are really like two master suites, with king beds. Decor is perfect mountain style, although not a fan of the stonework over the fireplace. Kitchen is well-equipped. Refrigerator totally empty at arrival. Parking in the garage was so convenient, and a short walk (unless you are wearing ski boots, lol) to Snow Park Lodge. Minor complaint- towels are like cheap hotel towels... Overall, a wonderful stay! Thank God for the hot tub!!

A nice two bedroom condo close to Deer Valley Slopes. Well appointed, although a bit out dated. The fireplace was the BEST.

Great home-Great location-Wrong property manager

We use VRBO a lot and have had a lot of great experiences. We have also received high marks from a lot of the home owners we have rented from This beautiful home is just a 150 yards form a Dear Valley lodge. You can tell the owners have put a lot of money into it and it's unfortunate that they chose the wrong property manager. As soon as we got our keys we discovered the fireplace didn't work and got on the phone. The man we spoke to treated it like it was a joke. We also informed him that the gas was in the on position and we were concerned about spending the night but he told us nobody could get to look at it until the next day. We got up and went skiing and after lunch I realized we never heard back. I called and insisted on a supervisor who couldn't understand what all the fuss was about. Finally they sent someone out to check on it and determined that the pilot light was not lit and nor were there any instructions on how to do it. The same supervisor called and said nothing wrong with the fireplace, but when we talked to the man who came out he informed us that we would've never been able to light it without instructions which he then forwarded to us. This same property that charges for a concierge service didn't get back to us about a dog sled run and potential to rent snowmobile's (after the ordeal with the fireplace we probably would not have taken their recommendation anyway). I can't understand why somebody with such a fantastic home would give such an incompetent company the ability to deal with their renters. I would never use "Park City Rental Properties"

Fall Getaway

Property location was great. We had immediate access to trails and free bus transportation to downtown Park City. Property was just as pictured and a nice amount of space. We often cooked and had all the things we needed. Hot tub was nice on a couple of cool nights. My family agrees that we would stay again.

Great location and setup

Phenomenal location. Management is easy to get ahold of. Did have an issue with fireplace that was addressed/fixed immediately one day, but was not fixed another day. Just a mechanical issue with the fireplace so not really a fault of anyones. Otherwise a great stay.
